The hotel is in a very strategic location, close to many cafés and convenience stores. The room was clean and equipped with adequate amenities. Breakfast is available from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, offering a good variety of options. The service was excellent, and the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Expecially mr. Da, he very helpful.Highly recommended for its great value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Premium Hotel in Hanoi and would highly recommend it. The entire staff, including Da, was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we felt well-supported throughout our visit. One of the standout features of this hotel is its location; it is perfectly situated in the heart of the Old Quarter and is only two blocks away from St. Joseph Cathedral. While the street outside is very busy and full of life, the hotel itself is a very clean and well-maintained retreat where the rooms are serviced every single day. We stayed in a room facing the back to a wall which was likely much quieter than those facing the front. Although there were some intermittent noises that could be a bit annoying depending on how soundly you sleep, the room was generally comfortable and tidy. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay, offering a great variety that always included fresh fruit as well as both Western and Asian style options. We particularly enjoyed having eggs prepared exactly to our liking. Additionally, the hotel provides laundry services and tour assistance in a very timely and professional manner, making the logistics of our trip much smoother.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in four days. The first room was small but clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I spoke with reception upon leaving and told them of our issue. When we returned for our second stay, we were delighted to find we had been upgraded. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was better still a bit hard but we slept better. We enjoyed breakfast on both stay and found it to be excellent and plenty of to eat. The staff were excellent. They were very professional, helpful, courteous and friendly. The main person we dealt with during our stay was Da and he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. He recommended restaurants and made bookings for us. Thanks Da you made our stay great. We also dealt with Alex who also helped us with booking a trip to Halong Bay. Thanks to everyone and would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is within the Old Town and close to all the tourist attraction and restaurant. The buffet breakfast offer a good spread of quality food. The rooms is nice and clean but a a bit small, it is expected in the old quarters. The staff were super helpful with all our request. They went beyond and above their duties to help us with all our needs. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone, we definitely will come back and stay here.

The room was very clean. Staff members were friendly and attentive. Just FYI, the mattress was quite hard, so it’s great for back sleepers but not so much for side sleepers. Also, the spa is actually located a couple of blocks away and not exactly at the hotel.

When I checked in, An was very kind and helpful and gave free upgrade to a room with a window. As I had booked the cheapest option without a window. He gave me a choice of the front or the back of the hotel and advised me that the back was quieter. I chose the front and it was great because I wanted to wake up early anyway, but a bit noisy after 7 AM. Breakfast was decent. A very good omelet and fresh fruit as well as many other options. Andrea was very helpful with my checkout and storing my luggage and then helping me to the car with it down the stairs, even though it was probably heavier than her. Overall a great experience and I definitely would stay there again.
