처음 배정받은 방은 담배냄새때문에 방바꿔달랬더니 친절하게 바꿔줬고 공항 바로 옆은 아니고, 느릿느릿 걸어서 30분. 차타고 5분. 새벽비행이라 잠깐 머물러 쉬는데 돈아깝지 않음

Après un début difficile, notre réservation n’étant Pas trouvée il a fallu parlementer pour ne pas payer à nouveau et obtenir le type de chambre réservée. La chambre était spacieuse et la literie bonne. Pas de protection pour les éclats d’eau de la douche. Pas de petit déjeuner possible mais c’etzit Annoncé.

This was very cheap and I didn't except much, good for day use before flight during night. Room was overall dusty, I didn't wanna see every corner so I just slept few hours. Shower was very centrally located in bathroom so everything got wet when showering. There was AC in the room which was great. Regardless, for this price I would definitely stay again for a super short stay.

we told them that we would arrive at 11pm at the airport and that we would need a pick up from their hotel. they agreed but did not show up. also they gave our room to someone else and made us stay at a different hotel far lower quality without our consent and it wasnt clean. overall, disappointment at their level if service.

The hotel had overbooked the room that I had booked, so I didn’t receive the room I booked. What I did get was a small, dirty, ant infested room, that went from the front door, through the bedroom to the bathroom, so I woke up with multiple bites. There was also no safe in the room, as advertised. Spent 15 minutes trying to explain that I hadn’t got the room I booked and was offered a free taxi to the airport (1mile down the road) or they would cancel the room and I could go elsewhere!

I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and outrage regarding a recent hotel stay booked through platform . The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, severely impacting my travel and well-being, and reflects an unacceptable standard of service from both the property and, regrettably, from Expedia's customer support.Upon my arrival, the pervasive lack of cleanliness was immediately apparent and deeply concerning. The room, particularly the floor, was visibly dirty, and to my horror, I discovered bed bugs in the mattress, resulting in multiple painful bites. This constitutes a serious health and hygiene violation that made the accommodation uninhabitable. My repeated attempts to secure basic amenities, such as an iron and additional bedding, from the hotel staff were met with no response, further highlighting the property's dereliction of duty. Communication was also significantly hampered by a language barrier with on-site personnel, making it impossible to address these critical issues effectively. By the second day, the conditions had become so intolerable that I felt compelled to reach out to Expedia's customer service, desperately seeking a transfer to an alternative, habitable hotel. While the representative attempted to contact the property manager, I was informed that the manager was unavailable. The only advice provided was for me to independently secure alternative accommodation, with no guarantee of a refund for the remaining nights

Horrible experience. Reception area was not clean and the person working behind the counter was having a conversation with someone else the whole time we were checking in. When we got to the room, it was filthy, air conditioner didn’t work and window was jammed open but bricked up (no light but exposed to outside air). The TV was also not working. We went to reception to ask to move rooms but the man on the counter either didn’t understand or didn’t care about the issues. Ended up leaving and staying at another hotel. This hotel is NOTHING like the photos. Avoid at all costs.
