10% of property's Deluxe rooms do not have bathtubs. Guests must inform the property in advance if they require a bathtub in their room. The property will not accept any complaints if no prior notice is given
Children 0-5 years old stay for free if using existing bed.
Children 6-11 years old (based on year of birth) will be charged VND 400000 per child per night.
Children 12 years and over are considered as adults and will be charged VND 700000 per bed per night. Extra bed must be used.
Extra beds are subject to availability. In cases where an extra bed cannot be provided, a third guest may still be accommodated without an extra bed with an applicable extra charge.
Family Room will be arranged randomly according to the property's room status. In case the Family Room with 2 bathrooms is not available, the property will arrange Family room with 1 bathroom. The property does not accept any complaints from guests.
Family rooms will be assigned randomly based on the property’s availability. In case all Family rooms city view are fully booked, the property will arrange Family room internal view instead. The property will not accept any complaints regarding this matter.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Guests can enter the property at number 025 Violet Street to find Reception easier.
Information regarding room types at the property:

- For Superior and Deluxe room types, guests are required to carefully choose the bed type. The property is unable to honor special requests related to bed types, such as booking twin room but requesting double room, or booking double room but requesting twin room. The property apologizes for any inconvenience caused.

- Some Deluxe rooms don’t have bathtub. Guests are required to inform the property in advance if guests want to have a bathtub, otherwise, random room arrangements will be applied.

- Premium, Premier and Suite room types only have double bed.

- Family rooms have one bathroom or two bathrooms, city view or internal view. Due to random room arrangements, sometimes the room selected may be different from the expectation of the guests. The property apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
