The location is in the heart of hanoi, a beautifully designed, brandnew hotel. The service provided by linh was exceptional, from the time i made my reservation until he checked out. I am grateful for this experience.

The location is excellent. Their personnel are exceptional and supportive. The intern, lihn, goes above and beyond to assist with setting up the cake delivery to the hotel for my fiances birthday. Along with the man at the door, the receptionists always greet us and smile at us. They also assist us with our heavy luggage. Many thanks to all the employees at la passion.

The hotel is conveniently located in one of the best areas in vietnam and is close to almost everything in the old quarter. Everything is within walking distance, and if not, a taxi can easily get you there and take you wherever you need to go. The rooms in this hotel are also very modern but also have hints of classical design, which makes them appear very luxurious in my opinion. What makes and breaks o hotels is the service from the staff members, you cant have nice looking staff as well as shabby staff. This hotel delivers not only in terms of its overall appearance, but with the team who manages and runs the hotel aswell. I personally was very grateful for the amount of effort they put into their work, the cleaning staff goes above and beyond and works extremely hard to keep your rooms clean. Additionally, having visited many hotels, it was the finest receptionist staff i have ever met. They were professional but easy to talk to. Anna and Dylan deserve kudos for making my stay genuinely wonderful. Without evidence, im going to return to this motel sometime in future, hopefully seeing you again.

This hotel provides the best customer service in hanoi! The staff literally goes above and beyond for their guests. I am especially grateful to Eric for helping me change my flight and making sure i still enjoyed my trip without worrying. He also helped me exchange money, talked to my tour guides to arrange smooth transportation, etc. They literally do everything for you at this hotel! Customer service here is unquestionably the greatest and ill definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights. Linh, who went above and beyond to make my stay in hanoi enjoyable, is the reason i am writing this review. From the moment ive made the reservation until a departure, she was really attentive. She organized my transportation from hain to sapa, moved me to another room that was more suitable for my needs, and set up tamped breakfast on my departure. He truly understands what good customer service is, so others in the industry should learn from him! Thank you, linh!.

The only important thing to note is that they have two hotels with the same name when you book, you might book the wrong one. We did, but they fixed it for us. The other one is closer but much better. This hotel is much nicer and has all the facilities. Anna, linh and the rest of the team were very nice and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay here.

In fact, this hotel is in the heart of old city. We were given a very helpful hand, especially from phan Thu, who was really kind and professional. And we also had one of the best breakfasts on our entire trip to vietnam.

My friend and i stayed here for 5 days and loved it. From the first day, the service was amazing. We met and became friends with Dylan, Anna, Tom, Dory, and Linh. They gave us great recommendations, helped us with any requests, etc. All in all, they were happy to have us. Remote workers were able to cowork upstairs peacefully and productively in the restaurant and roof top. The best part of our trip in hanoi was meeting these generous people. Rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was so good! We remained in this restaurant from open until closed to work during breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Its in a prime location and convenient, but the staff is the heart of the hotel. Give them raises and 6 stars! Thank you for everything and we will be back.

We stayed at la passion hotel and spa and lapassion premium and both were very nice. Comfortable and clean modern rooms with nice bathrooms. The hotel was quiet even though it was in such a good location (very close to the lake). Customer service was excellent and linh is amazing! She helped us with everything from extended stay to tour booking.

What a fantastic location! I spent ten nights here in hanoi, and i know ill be returning the next time ive visit the city. Anna was an amazing person, so he was incredibly helpful in providing local information and travel advice for our subsequent journey. She always went above and beyond by booking taxis and bay trips with hugs. The entire crew whose name eluded me was extremely friendly and accommodating. Fantastic hotel and location.

The hotel was conveniently located near many shops and restaurants. It was simple to get to many places, and the hotel staff was fantastic, especially linh and anna at the front desk who helped arrange some of our tours and taxis. Everyone at this hotel is very friendly and accommodating, helping with all our requests.

My partner and i had a wonderful stay here in la passion. The receptionists were warm and welcoming, the butler was very helpful and they even allowed us to extend our check out by an hour without charging us extra. Booking stayed here is worth every penny and the breakfast was decent enough to keep me full. Will definitely return if ill be back to hanoi. Thank you for such t he experience! Also, there is an indian restaurant directly across from the hotel unless anyone is looking for halalcertified restaurants.

Our first time in hanoi and what a wonderful experience. Arrived with greeted us with friendly greetings and hospitable drinks. Communication was excellent and they allowed us to check in early as we arrived earlier than expected. The room was very quiet even though we faced the street. Bed, bathroom were beautiful and the extra touch of rose petals on the bed was just lovely. Slept well on pillows and served savory breakfast to top it off. Thank you so much for all the hospitality you gave us 10/10. We will be back soon.

The location is ideal, and the hotel staff, especially linh, were extremely helpful in organizing airport pickups and dropoffs, as well as constantly suggesting restaurants. Extremely friendly personnel, excellent facilities, great location. I would definitely stay at the motel again, the location was ideal. Many thanks to the entire la passion team.
