Wonderful hotel! I liked the location because it was close to everything however not on a busy street. The hotel does not have an elevator however the staff were wonderful and brought my bag to my room. The rooms were beautiful, clean and very comfortable.

매니져가 너무 친절하고 문제가 발생 될시에 잘 챙겨 줍니다. 하지만 겨울에 우풍이 조금 들어오고 천장에 쥐가 돌아다니네요.. 베트남 생활한지 오래되서 그러려니 하지만 관광객 입장에서는 다를 수도 있습니다.

The room is big, the breakfast is full of options and the view is gorgeous. Lacasa doesn't have an elevator but if that isn't a problem for you, make sure to ask a room from upper floors to get the best views!

早餐豐富美味，接待人員親切有禮，用心解決我們的問題。房間翻修過，淋浴熱水充足，住宿舒適，安靜，離中心區只要2分鐘路程，很方便，朋友們都很滿意。經理中文流利，陪我們到Lao Chai Village及 Ta Van Village，我們在咖啡廳看著美景，搭配著咖啡，真是一大享受，還到民宿享用美味又便宜的午餐。我朋友眼鏡損壞，經理載她去眼鏡行處理，非常感謝經理，覺得你很用心經營。朋友們已迫不及待想再次到sa pa,並再次入住，真誠推薦Lacasa sapa hotel。

My room was small, not like what i saw in the picture but the view from the balcony was superb! Staff were very nice. They offered me everything, answered every question and tried to help all the time. Hotel has no elevator, we were okay to stay on 4th floor but elderly should choose well. Location is great, close to main attractions. Wifi was good. What I like the most is cinnamon tea at the lobby, everyone should try!

직원은 매우 친절하고 조식도 괜찮아요. 단지 창문이 하이샤시가 아니라 소음이 좀 있어요. 프론트에 항상 계피차가 있는데 언제든 마실수 있어서 몸을 따뜻하게 해주니 좋았어요. 참고로 현제 호텔 올라가는 길은 공사중이라 조금 불편합니다.
