Location is very strategic. It was walking distance to mostly everywhere you want to go at Old Quarter area. Room is standard, amenities is complete. Cleanliness is meet the standards. Bonus! You can devour a very brothy chicken pho noodles just next door of the hotel. And it is halal too. Non-smoking areas available. Non-smoking areas available.

I had a very pleasant stay here. I booked a single room with a single bed and a toilet. It was really clean! The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was very strong. They cleaned the room every day and the staff were very helpful. On the last day, they allowed me to leave my bags at the hotel and walk outside. They also offered to call me a taxi to the hotel.

Caroline is the front desk manager and I cannot praise her enough for the customer service she demonstrated to all of my group. We needed some money changed at very late notice and she had left her shift for the evening but was still willing tk come back from her home to change the money for us. A great hotel - worth staying

The staff is wonderful and friendly, and the location is very central to the old quarter, with plenty of places to eat and drink. Close to the busier nightlife areas, but no issues with loud noises or music in the evening. The place has recently undergone renovations and is a bit rough around the edges in terms of finishing touches, but it is very reasonably priced.

Madelise memiliki lokasi yang sangat bagus untuk berjalan-jalan di sekitar kota tua, dikelilingi oleh layanan yang cukup, restoran, banyak kafe lemon, dekat dengan Jalan Ta Hien, menyenangkan sepanjang malam dan pengunjung menyukai gaya hidup yang sibuk. Kota Tua. Kamar hotel oke sesuai dengan harga, dengan desain Indochine, kamar mandi agak kecil tapi fungsional, tapi dinding kaca shower dirancang untuk menumpahkan air ke lantai kering di luar sehingga membuat kamar mandi basah. Kedap suara ruangan sangat bagus, pada malam hari saat membuka pintu, Anda bisa mendengar musik dari Jalan Ta Hien, tetapi jika ditutup, suaranya tidak terdengar lagi. 5 Bintang untuk staf di sini, layanan pelanggan yang penuh perhatian. Hotel ini memiliki meja wisata terpisah dan menyewakan sepeda motor, serta memanggil taksi untuk membantu para tamu.

Hotel yang bagus, tapi menurut kami tidak bagus. Kami mengharapkan spa di hotel, tetapi tampaknya tidak ada spa sejak Covid. Kamarnya oke, tapi tidak terlalu besar dan agak ketinggalan jaman.
