A hotel that takes great care of guests and ensures they are well taken care of during your stay. A brandnew hotel with a classic design, spotless rooms, and a convenient location near sapa station. Or you can take a taxi to sapa town for only 25 to 30 k. There isnt much buffet selection, but they serve some of the best pho ive ever had in vietnam.

Overall, highly recommended! The location was only a short 10 minute walk from the sapa center. Great hotel with the best service staff. My friends and i arrived early via the hanoi to lao cai train around 7 am. Not only did the staff allow us to check in early for free, but they also upgraded our room from garden view to mountain view, which is amazing. When we fell ill after our trek, the hotel staff was very attentive and realized it during breakfast the next day. They then offered us free ginger tea twice! And delivered to our room. When we were leaving, they noticed that we were still not well and packed some bread, banana and water for us to bring to our train ride.

Amazing experience. The staff is incredibly caring. They are all incredibly helpful. In particular, mi, she handled everything we needed to arrange for our fansipan tickets and even for our bus shuttle. She spoke vietnamese and made arrangements for us. Lovely rooms. Good breakfast. The entire team, including the gentleman, is genuinely kind and welcoming.

The staff here are exceptional, they are extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was perfect, and the bed, pillows, and shower were all excellent. The location is only a 10minute walk from the town center, yet it is still walkable. Additionally, the central location is extremely noisy, which made it even better. Due to the lack of availability here, we later stayed at a more expensive hotel nearby, the kk hotel, which is also nearby, but my gallery boutique provided us with a far superior experience, a quieter location, and better value for the money.

We decided to stay somewhere a little more luxurious than usual and this place has not disappointed. The service is 100% perfect. We recommend everyone to stay here. Breakfast is quite good for a buffet breakfast. The bed is comfortable and the views are amazing. The location is also spot on, away from the noisy area but not too far to walk. I arrived and checked in at 12 am. The staff was very friendly and approachable! He even gave us a map to brief us about the area and helped us book a taxi for dinner! The receptionist had a great smile and was also very approachable! Breakfast was good! The location was easily accessible and the rooms were quite clean!.

My gallery boutique sapa has to be one of the best hotels in terms of rooms, service, and food. Autumn and her male working colleague were very helpful during our stay here. The rooms were very comfortable, the bedding and pillows had one of the best comforts. This makes me want to come back again! The breakfast spread was also very good. One of my best stays in a hotel with an amazing view to wake up to. Thank you autumn again for always being so helpful with all our inquiries and arrangements.

A truly 5star experience. Fantastic boutique hotel in the peaceful corner of sa pa with impeccable service provided by familyrun hotels. The breakfast menu also includes pho, pancakes, omelettes, and more.

My gallery boutique is a great place to stay! It was one of my favorite stays, and the cleanliness of the entire establishment, the friendly staff, and the amazing mattress were a huge plus. Autumn at the front desk was very helpful, she would ask us how our day was each day, which was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms and an unobstructed view of the mountain range! If you need recommendations on where to go or to book tickets for events such as the tram to fansipan, the staff is very kind and very helpful. Located near photo spots like moana and within walking distance to the town center and other great restaurants.

We arrived in sapa at 4.00 am and called the hotel to ask if we could check in early. They were cool about it and offered us a 50% discount on an early checkin - not a bad deal considering i have my parents and three siblings in tow. Need to make sure everyone gets some rest after a sleepy bus ride. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only small hiccup was the laundry - no ironing or scent on the shirts, so we wonder if they actually got a good wash. On the plus side, they gave us a free room upgrade with a view and connecting doors! The place is about 700 m from the Sapa station, so not too shabby.
