My moon hotel is highly recommended for a memorable stay in hanoi. Outstanding stay at my moon hotels hanes! Five stars are awarded to my lunar hotel hano, which exceeded expectations and received 4.5 stars. Hannah, the receptionist, provided impeccable service and provided local insights throughout her stay. The breakfast staff was delightful, and the varied menu was the perfect way to start each day. In particular, this hotel offers excellent value for money with comfortable accommodations. Its central location makes it incredibly convenient for shopping, bars, or nightlife, adding to its overall appeal.

The next time i visit hanoi, ill stay here again. I have stayed at a few of the more affordable hotels in hanes and would definitely recommend this one. The hotel is clean, they have plenty of rooms for budgets and the service is excellent. Sebastian, jam, and hannah were particularly friendly and gave us some really good suggestions to try local food. Ask for tips on the beef noodles, dry pho, or bun cha. Thank you for ensuring he had t honed his stay.

I have been staying here for more than ten days and i like how the staff treated me during my vacation. The room is spacious with a balcony and the bathroom has all the necessary amenities. Its only 10 minutes to get to the old quarter. Highly recommended.

We look forward to returning on our next business trip! This hotel was a fantastic place for my team and me. The personnel were really friendly and attentive from the minute we walked in. After completing countless activities, the rooms were ideal for unwinding because they were spotless, cozy, and wellappointed. There are hotels amenities, including the restaurant on site. We also appreciated the free wifi, which made it simple to stay connected for work purposes. With quick access to nearby attractions and business hubs, this hotels location was ideal. Our room had incredibly beautiful views that added tastier flavor to our stay. Overall, our crew was quite pleased with this hotel, so we heartily endorse it to others.

We stayed for 6 nights. The room was very clean. All the bedding linen smells good. Very clean sameday laundry service. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Front desk staff named dung was kind, informative and very helpful to all our needs. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you my moon hotel.

It was a very wonderful and comfortable stay. The rooms are cozy and have iridescent white interiors that come with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast is very good. Particularly the lady at the reception was very polite and helpful. She spoke english fluently and answered all our questions. Thank you my moon team love from india.

The location is quite close to all tourist attractions nearby, you can easily walk to the old quarter, beer street, lake and night market. The staff is nice, super friendly and supportive. Food is delicious as you have unlimited options.

The location is excellent. The staff is exceptional and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, there are a few areas for improvement namely the location and variety of breakfast options. Overall, the rest of the experience is satisfactory, allowing guests to stay longer periods of time.

The hotel is located in the old quarter and is within walking distance of nearby places. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast also had a variety of options. Staff helped us to know about local attractions. Stayed here for 3 days. Although i think the rooms are tinier, they are wellmaintained.
