From Saigon to Đà Lạt, and then Đà Nẵng, each Nexus House carries the spirit of the land it belongs to, weaving together nature, people, and local culture.
This time, we return to Thảo Điền — a beautiful neighborhood with which Nexus House shares a deep connection and kindred spirit: modern yet unhurried, vibrant yet quietly serene. It is also the only place where Nexus House is home to three properties, each representing a different shade of tranquility.
Nexus House Signature Xuân Thủy — the seventh home on this journey — continues the philosophy of “finding stillness in the heart of the city,” but with a new expression: more contemporary, greener, and full of vitality.
A new milestone, a thoughtfully crafted space born from meticulous care and a love for beauty — where calmness and fresh energy meet in the center of Thảo Điền.
