We are so happy we chose Ocean bay for our honeymoon. The staff is extremely sweet and helpful. Beautiful views and tasty food both from the pool and the beach restaurant - also veggie options! Even more beautiful in real life than the photos. Just a dreamy place overall, a true paradise. We highly recommend it to everybody travelling to Phu Quoc.

Airport Shuttle pickup and dropoff, scooter rental, kind employees, nice beach and pool, close to the island highway and far away enough to not hear highway noise. Several local eats but mostly restauraunts catered to the 3 or 4 hotels/bnb’s nearby. Amazing staff. Pleasureable experience

We loved our stay at Ocean Bay resort! The villa was fantastic, it was close to the beach and the best part was that you have your own sunbeds outside of the villa. The bed was nice and the room was clean. Breakfast was great, you had so much options. Loved the interior on the whole resort. It was easy to rent bikes and motorbikes. And all of the staff was so nice and helpful! We highly recommend Ocean bay resort / Best regards Kim & Daniel

Beautiful setting. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow which was spacious and nicely furnished with good sized terrace and space in garden for sun beds if you prefer to laze the day away under the palm trees instead of beach or poolside. Stunning sunset views. Staff were all very friendly and attentive to requests. The only negatives for us were that for lunch/dinner vegetarian food options in the restaurant were bland so we ate out in local places which were an easy short walk from the resort. Breakfast options were good mix of local and western cuisine but can get chaotic at peak times (you need to queue at separate bar for coffees). Would recommend and would stay again.

The only thing I would point out is that the "bungalow" is actually either an upstairs or downstairs apartment, and the steps to the upstairs are very steep and potentially slippy in the rain. If you are at all unsteady on your feet request a ground floor "bungalow". The staff were very friendly and helpful. On my first day at breakfast I asked if they had gluten free bread for toast. They didn't, but they baked some for the rest of our stay. There is a free shuttle to the airport which runs every 2 hours. If you fancy eating out of the hotel, there is a family restaurant opposite the entrance, or you have to catch a taxi into town. Taxis are relatively cheap and very easy to book on the Grab app (like uber).

Beautifully designed resort, infinity pool looking out to the beach, clean and beautiful room, great staff, good food. They offer pickup from and dropoff at airport and will coordinate with your arrival (even if that changes, e.g. due to delayed flights)
