Even though the room was small, it was really good and equipped with everything. Facilities are new and clean. It costed less than 140,000 VND from this hotel to the airport. It's close to the airport.

We had a 15 hour stopover and the hotel was able to accommodate us from 8am for the day. Excellent air con, shower and comfortable bed. The hotel has a lift and the room has tea & coffee making plus a fridge. Rate was very cheap and only about $5 for a taxi to the airport each way. Certainly could stay longer at this hotel if remaining in Saigon

The rooms are huge with comfortable beds. The service was wonderful and the location convenient. It is a great value for the money. I stayed at a few different hotels in the area and I would definitely come back to this one.

I can really recommend this 2* hotel. Friendly staff and service beyond my expectations for this hotel class. Close to airport. Please be aware of that the free shuttlebus is 10-15 min walk from the hotel and might be very hot and crowded.

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. All the hotel staff went out of their way to look after us. The room was cozy, clean, and spacious - more than I had bargained for given the modest cost. Westerners traveling to Vietnam and concerned that their accommodations can put their fears aside when they check in at the Hon En Hotel & Spa.

Really good. Staff friendly and helpful (limited by language). Breakfast was a joke. The local area did not feel very safe. However they can call out taxis to take you where you need to go. Language barrier.

My wife stays here every time she goes to Ho Chi Minh to see her Brother. It is close to the Airport and a good deal. She has stayed at a few of the budget hotels around the airport in the last year and this is her favorite.

The staff at this hotel was wonderful and very helpful they made the stay very enjoyable. The hotel is close to the airport but not in the hotel heavy area. I would say this in one the the friendliest hotels I have stayed at in Vietnam.

Khu vực yên tĩnh, có thể đi bộ dài dài tìm tiệm ăn vừa ý, không nhiều xe cộ ồn ào như bên ngoài đường lộ chính, gần trường sinh viên học có nhiều quán ăn đặt biệt rất ngon và rẽ. Suppermarket cũng khá gần khoảng 700m, có thể mua thức ăn nóng mới nấu sẳn giá phải chăng và chè tráng miệng hay bánh ít bánh bèo vừa ngon vừa vệ sinh, Suppermarket mở cửa tới 22 giờ, từ Suppermarket có nhiều trạm xe Bus nối các tuyến đường về thẳng trung tâm TP Hồ chí Minh, chợ Bến Thành Quận 1, hoặc xe bus về thẳng Chợ-lớn quận 5 hoặc quận 6 đi ngang qua ngay cổng chính ga xe lửa Saigon ở quận 1. Từ trường học cho các sinh viên gần đó cũng có xe Bus chạy thẳng về chợ Bến thành đi ngang qua chợ Tân Định. Giá vé mỗi chuyến xe bus chỉ từ 5000 đ đến 6000đ cho mỗi người. Nhân viên khách sạn nhiệt tình như trong gia đình và tánh tình rất chất phát, khiến chồng tôi là người Đức dù ở Q1 tiện việc đi lại, nhưng nhất định quay về ks Hòn Én ở, dù phải đón xe Bus hơi xa hơn ở ngay trung tâm Q.1, nhưng ông vẫn thích.

less than 5 km from the airport. quite nice hotel, small rooms, but decent. AC nothing much around although everything necessary available (street food, bike rental, small stores). overall very good rating, would recommend. Many hotels for higher price with poorer service .
