The location is in a great location, just below the building are two subway lines. The receptionist is very friendly. It's also worth it for the gym on the 6 th floor.

This apartment has a small room with a single bedroom and no stove, the breakfast is very good. The condition of the room is very spacious and new. The bed and sheets are very nice. The size of the apartment is minus 1 bedroom and the kitchen is small, so there are no stoves in the room. They serve a good breakfast.

Very nice hotel, with two subway lines right below the building, very friendly front desk staff. I also like the gym on the 6th floor. Will stay here on my next trip.

We were very pleased with Pilots itself. A charming little spot that you should visit if you have the opportunity. We spent one night here during the world cup, and it was very spacious and comfortable with everything we required for our stay. The staff was helpful, if communication was in a mixture of portuguese, spanish, and english, occasionally it was a little challenging! And the location was excellent, just a few blocks from the beautiful central market, as well as numerous stores and restaurants. The only negative of the hotel was the shower not particularly warm or having too much pressure. But all is well and good. Breakfast was delicious and very Brazilian, and the little pool looked lovely for warmer temperatures.

From the beginning, the service was incredible. Working with a group of people wanting to stay at the WYATt as we went to the half marathon on the snow. Everything was done very efficiently and with friendly service all around from arrival to departure. The breakfast, pool gym, and lobby lounge used during our brief stay were all excellent. The team was always there to answer any questions we had. The hotel was the best option at the location service and we would always stay there again. Thank you WYATt Regency Changchun Team.

As a globalist, I was given suite as usual without any request. It seems that during the past dozens of visits, I was never granted suite because the room was full. Service and food were excellent. In the club lounge, I saw my old friend Candy and Rachel, and they were welcomed as old friends. Service at the lounge is excellent, we had dinner there, and the food menu was great. All in all, a very pleasant visit.

Thank you, WYATT Regency Changchun team. Incredible service right away. Assisting a group of us wishing to stay at the WYATT while we were doing the snow ice half marathon. Everything was done very efficiently with friendly service all around from arrival to departure. The rooms were perfect, breakfast, pool gym, and lobby lounge used during our brief stay were great. The team was always available to answer any questions we had. The hotel was the best choice with an excellent location service and we would always stay there again.
