The hotel is at a good hotel for a stopover in the hamburg area. We stayed for 2 nights while on a journey to Germany. Reined is located about 20 kilometers east of Hamburg. The suburb is well connected to hamburg by rail and san trains, taking you to the center in about 20 minutes. The station is nearby, and the hotel also offers free parking. The spaces are narrow and shared with the local library. The layout of the hotel is unusual because it is located in a small mall, but generally we thought it was decent and very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. No coffee making apparatus was provided, but a safe was provided. Almost all television channels were in German, and the can's reception was undoubtedly not satisfactory. Our price included a good breakfast and hamburg cards with a number of benefits including free and excellent transportation on trains, buses, and harbor buses in the central hamburg region.

We stayed at the hotel because we had a friend's party in reined. The view from the top floor was stunning. The hotel room was quite clean and large, with plenty of closets for your clothes. It had a powerful shower, but nothing particularly amazing. The shower head isn't amazing, so it looks more like a tap than a shower. The hotel's staff was incredibly welcoming. The train stop is only a 5-minute walk away, and the city center of Hamburg is nearby. The only drawback is that the hotel only gives you one room key. While this isn't a major issue, the lift and stairs require you to use your key to get around. Therefore, if you separate, be careful that you are with your partner. You may be able to get another key at reception, but we did not inquire.

If it's cooler weather, I'd return. For three nights, my husband and I were very pleased with the property and room. We had a sizable bedroom, balcony, and one of the most wonderful bathrooms we've ever experienced in a European hotel. But, it's crucial to note that this hotel does not have air conditioning, which is why I only can award three stars. When we tried to sleep by leaving the balcony doorwindow open at night in a room on the top floor, we were continually woken by the sounds outside cars, trains, etc. We asked for a fan during our final night there. This made a difference, but unfortunately, it was simply too hot to sleep well. They only provided us one complimentary water bottle during our visit, which would have made more sense since they only provided us with one while we were there. The breakfast was equally excellent, and the service was excellent. The wifi was robust as well.

The room here was very old and has a small bathroom. The bathroom floor was so dirty because the door did not close correctly. But the service here was so friendly. And then the parking area was so nice. After that, if you want to ask for some food you need to ask to prepare it. Subsequently, the staff are friendly, especially to guests in the bar that served good service. Besides that, the room was so old, plus the room was so small and dirty.
