Although the location is right on the edge of the city, it has good interior design but the situation also has issues such as indoor smoking, breakfast area, wilted greens during breakfast, and changing breakfast serving time without warning you. There is no place to hang clothes in the room, and toiletries are left in the bathroom without a shelf.

I wholeheartedly endorse this motel. We will undoubtedly return. In mid-October 2022, my husband and I spent three nights here, which was a fantastic little hotel. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. Nothing was too much to give them during our stay, the room we stayed in was beautiful with its own human and the view of the Ortahisar Castle was straight out the window. 1010 cleanliness, friendliness, and the vista. Together with the berlin front desk, Khan, the manager, is lovely and accommodating. The hotel is in a very quiet location and does not come with the bustle of the gorge, which was ideal for us. We took a taxi there for dinner, and it's also 6 a.m. to group, which is a little bigger and a lovely town to walk around. We had a wonderful spa arranged in the extra hotel helen doesn't have but was happy to arrange our balloon trip starting point was only a 10-minute drive. I made reservations through Get My Guide, and we had turkey balloons to stare at them early in the morning, you'll have to walk up the road for only 5 minutes.

This place is very good, we were welcomed like family and the atmosphere is quite comfortable. On our last night, the guest from 5 different countries gathered on the roof with tea, coffee, wine, simple appetizers, and a great conversation. I will stay here again.

This hotel is in a cave, so the experience of staying here is quite different from other hotels because of its cleanliness, room, and general comfort. The staff greeted you with good food each morning.

This place is intriguing to live because it is not very luxurious but still comfortable in the middle of breathtaking views. It is also affordable and offers free wifi with a computer. The people are very warm and welcoming, and it feels like home. Most importantly it is close to the market and bus station.

Overall a very good experience. Staff is helpful. The hotel is clean and has a very good selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The layout of the hotel is great with a very good pool relaxing area. Close to many places you should visit in Cappadocia.

For two nights, I stayed with some other large tour groups as part of a tour group. The room was a little antiquated compared to the public areas, but it was very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent and wide variety. The spa is extra cost.

Stayed in this small place for 2 nights. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Spacious, comfortable and warm room with all facilities. Breakfast is only ok, but restaurants and transportation are only about 100 away.

Our favorite cave hotel of all time is our ortahisar cave hotel. This beautiful boutique cave hotel blends traditional cave house details with a lot of traditional accessories, giving each cave room an exclusive feel. Positives The hotel is on the edge of the city but within a few minutes walk to a variety of shops, supermarkets, eateries, a bank, country walks, close to lots of the scenery the area is famous for, and even within walking distance of a huge rock castle that more energised visitors can climb directly to the top of a lot of the scenery the area is famous for and within walking distance of a large rock castle that more active visitors can climb to the top. The large bed was incredibly comfortable and we sleep exceptionally well. The room was spacious and nicely furnished with some lovely traditional furniture. Our room has ample room for comfortable seating, coffee tables, and other amenities. It was also a lovely rustic seating corner overlooking the porch that was shared by our room and a few others for a rain shower. The pleasant garden features many shady places with tables and chairs set under trees where we enjoyed a glass of wine and a chat, and a big shower that is completely separate from the large bathroom. We were disappointed to leave because we believed we could have easily spent several additional days in this hotel due to the fantastic location, overall atmosphere, and the friendlines

One of Anatolian's rare treasures. The Helen Cave Hotel is situated on the cheek of the valley, overlooking the ridge and on the fight side. After a long and hot day in July, you can see the sunset here as the gentle breeze cools you down. The hotel staff is friendly and will guide you to attractions to visit and activities not to miss while you are here. Room 15 is one of the suites, which features two rooms, a hamam-style shower, a separate toilet, and a vanity.

Very nice and helpful hotel staff. Everything was fine. The location is good, the hotel is in a great location and you can apply for the tours for a reasonable price at the front desk. They have a nice manager that will serve you very well. The breakfast has real Turkish taste. They provide a great restaurant, so I recommend trying kebabs as they are the best. Our room was clear, there was no problem. Every staff is very hard, the first thing I touch is from the hotel. In my opinion the hotel deserves the price and I hope you don't regret it as we did. I appreciate the entire hotel staff very much. Linda and sooner.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. It is carved into a cave, so the rooms are accessible through these beautiful winding staircases and terraces. Our room had a jacuzzi bath and a very comfortable bed. We would have liked to sleep longer in it but alas, there is just too much to do and see in this amazing region of Turkey.

The place has a stylish appearance with an appealing ambiance but without compromising the feel and feel of a natural cave. The housekeeping crew provided excellent customer service. They provide a decent buffet menu, and I like talking with Omran, he is a kind person. All in all, I had a fantastic experience.

We had a great stay at this hotel, in a true cave room. The hotel is warm, comfortable, and very clean. The decoration is neat and the boss is very welcoming and will help you with his advice to organize your days in Cappadocia as well as possible thanks to his circuit proposals and good plans.

The employees were very pleasant and caring. All the businesses close by and the hotel is in the group center. Every day they served a new vegetarian breakfast. They were so attentive to every detail. The rooms are always cleaned and well maintained. The hotel is a very secure environment.

The owner named annan was very very knowledgeable, even though the tour guide was very very kind and helped us so much, especially in the past, in the area, where they gave us tour of the caves which are very unique and unusual to this place, and then they gave us very different service from the first place, plus they also gave a great tour with a century room in the hotel and a tour to the cave where he also lived for 1000 years.

We were given a room that was roomy, but the decor was a little dated. The bath with sliding doors were tiny. The bed and the mattress were suitable for the price. The restaurant was packed at times because there were many hotel guests from a variety of tour operators. But what I can say is that the foods that were offered were only the best. There were boutiques on the ground floor, and after some negotiation, the jewelry store had amazing pieces for a very good price.

My girlfriend and I have been traveling in Turkey for a few days and we are so fortunate that a friend recommended this location. The property itself is stunning and is situated on a local street away from any other hotels in the nearby area. The couple that owns it have done an incredibly great job restoring the old housechapel. We stayed in a cave room in one of the lower rooms. Everything from the lighting to the bedding, bathing products and water that was provided daily were well thought out and ideal. Breakfast was served every morning with fresh cheeses, bread, fruits, vegetables and a variety of jams made at the hotel. The view from the terrace where breakfast was served was like a movie set. On top of that, the owners and hosts were wonderful people. They even organized a two-day hurry tour for us and hired a driver to drive us around. We saw so much in two days and can't wait to return and stay longer the next time. When we go, we will undoubtedly stay here!.
