Das WC müsste man gründlich gereinigt werden und der Kaffee Kapsel Automat ist defekt.

J'ai réservé un appart hôtel. Je me retrouve dans une sorte sous location. Il fallait retirer les clés plus loin dans une boîte à clés accrochée dans la rue. Les toilettes non pas eté lavées depuis des mois voir des années (voir photo si je peux la charger ici) j ai écrit sur hotels.com au propriétaire car il n'y a aucun contact humain ou téléphonique pour lui demander que les toilettes soient nettoyées, voir photo. J attends encore la réponse. Une tasse sale dans le placard. Impossible d utiliser l armoire pour mettre mes affaires, elle était pleine d autres affaires et encore d' autres rangées dans des sacs sous le lit.... j avais voulu annuler avant d arriver (refus d annulation) comme j étais horrifié des commentaires sur internet. J ai trouvé ce qui était indiqué. A éviter sauf a vouloir vivre comme chez votre neveu adolescent

Very bad experience at several levels, let's start with the check-in: first, you are supposed to received check in info by mail, which I didn't get, so no follow up on the rentals and stress of not being able to check in the flat. Secondly, the check-in procedure requires that you pay a depositum by bank transfer (not credit card): who asks for depositum for that kind of rentals? not the well-known rental platforms, this is very cumbersome. Then, the depositum is only reimbursed after 10-15 days: why so long time after the rental? do you risk paying for damages made by others? Eveyrthing is made unnecessarily complicated: a long form you have to fill for check-in and have to sign to a long list of T&Cs, but you don't have any possibility to not agree to them, because you have already paid for the stay!! This is legally very doubtful! For getting the keys you need to watch a video to show where they are hidden, in a neighboring street! (imagine arriving late with no battery in your phone...). And finally, the reimbursement of the depositum was not total, as in addition to the agreed taxes and fees, they charged another non-invoiced fee that was not mentioned about at the time of booking!
