The best choice in the area! If you expect better accommodations than ibis and do not have the budget for hilton or wyatt, this is the ideal choice. The location is fine if you have business in the bearing or chakra santo antonio area. Although the building is not exactly brand new, maintenance has been done, and the walls, carpets, floors, and room doors look nice. The room is not large but not small either, and the furniture is in very good condition. The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot, and your wife would be the bathroom. The room is quiet, and there is no noise. Breakfast is excellent, with a variety of fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, cheese, bread, juice, and ham of your choice. Free internet is available, but don't expect to use your entertainment such as Netflix, youtube, or Netflix. Play options are available for those.

The hotel is in a great location and fits the proposal of the guests. The only issue was the noise from the other room, possibly because the walls were so thin. The attendant, Fernando, was very friendly.

A very well-equipped hotel. Beautiful rooms and beautiful views. I was fortunate enough to get access to the club level and enjoyed the snacks and drinks open bar. I highly recommend staying here for business purposes.

The room is very small! However, it's promoted and shown as a budget hotel, so it was expected. I had a double room, but I think it was enough for one person. Pricing appeared a little overpriced for a budget hotel and compared to other hotels in the area, especially as breakfast is not included. The location is very convenient, at the end of Avenue Paulista, so you are still walking distance, but maybe not as in the center of all the noise. Also, it's close to the Paulista metro station, making traveling around the city simple. Wifi is included, but it's a little difficult as the service drops in and out occasionally. The cleaning staff was a very nice. Shower pressure was good. Shower door, not so good, water would leak onto the floor as there were gaps.

It's a very neat hotel. Daniel, the receptionist, is very friendly! Breakfast is not worth the price. Staff took more than 20 minutes to replace some sausages and omelets. Not acceptable if you are in a hurry to leave.

If you're going to be in a bearing area, the hotel is not a real Madrid. I understand that some hotels have a license agreement with Madison, but they're not Madison, a great hotel chain with high standards. The hotel is conveniently situated. Breakfast has many attractive choices. The rooms are large but a bit dated, and nothing special. The restrooms are pretty old, in need of renovation, and have poor illumination. The hotel's service was my complaint, which is rather unpleasant. I arrived at the hotel on a Monday at night and was horribly greeted. The manager appears to have revived me. After going through the records, he informed me that the room was ready, but since the standard of hotel checking is rp 50 per day, it makes no sense to me. It appears to be a fraud. When I complained, saying it was a good time when hotels offered free early check-out, he responded ironically in a passive, aggressive manner because in reality, we do it for free, but after 120 pm, feel free to stand here and try your luck. My primary desire was to depart. But after an hour of travel and a lot of traffic to get there, I just wanted to take a shower. I complied. Strangely, a young woman was checking alongside me despite not having luggage. As

This hotel is recommended. If well-being, excellent breakfast, and the feeling of being in the middle of a peaceful place in the city centre of Sao Paulo are what you're looking for, Estanplaza International is the place to go. I am glad I chose this hotel among many others.

Beautiful hotel, and the restaurant here served great food and live performances. The employees were so nice and helpful and provided helpful recommendations. Also, the staff named Silver, Edward, Paolo, Gillian, and Kevin were all so friendly.

Positives 1. The helpers were extremely polite, courteous, and helpful, both inside and outside. Especially, alexander was extremely courteous and helpful! 2. The location was excellent, right next to a stunning landmark, and very convenient. Negatives: 1. The room was too noisy with the exhaust vent air blowing. I was too busy to change rooms throughout the week.

When I stay at this hotel I would recommend you to stay with a good list of services, which includes good hygiene, comfortable bed, comfortable bathroom, hot showers, and so on. The breakfast menu is so limited and expensive, I choose a bread with watermelon to be my breakfast.

The hotel building is next to the police station and the Paulinista metro station. Most of the staff cannot speak or comprehend English, so be prepared to use your translation app. They have a concierge and a trolley in reception so you won't have trouble carrying your luggage. The budget room with breakfast is small and has a separate toilet and shower and a double bed setup. No slippers and bottled water provided, but basic amenities like bar soaps, shampoo and bath gels are not refillable, but they can be changed upon request. The separate restroom does not have a bidet or sink. For your particular requirements, tissues must be used. We asked for additional linens at the front desk and they gave us a complete set pillow, towel, blanket, and linen. Excellent! As instructed during check-out, breakfast buffet begins at 0630 until 100 h, but that isn't true. It typically starts after 0700 h. Keep in mind that they are using tokens for it. Keep it with you when you get to the restaurant. They take up to 1000 pounds of luggage a piece a day, which is cheap compared to airport baggage storage services.

My stay was excellent, especially the comfortable room, the clean room, and the power shower. Moreover, both the breakfast room and the hotel room were very well-kept. Also, it was very simple to check-in and check-out. I strongly recommend staying here if you have to stay in the south of this city.

The location of this hotel is great, although not the most modern and up to date. It is very practical because it is surrounded by many restaurants and pubs. Also I like the hospitality and friendliness of the staff in this place. They are the best. They also offer the concierge, who also is amazing. If I stay here again I would definitely stay here.

I would definitely stay there again for short or business trips as well. We went to a concert and only spent one night. Nice room, nice service, great location and very good value for money.
