This hotel is suitable for me. The price is very reasonable and if you look for cheap hotel with excellent location. Because I found the location to be comfortable, I was very safe. There is no AC available so we had to ask for one. The female staff was friendly too.

Excellent We had a wonderful experience when staying here because the employee was so kind and caring, and the breakfast was provided in the most comfortable and well-created room. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it convenient for walkaround prague. We were able to have a wonderful panorama of the city on the red and green city tour.

My stay at this hotel was enjoyable. Even though I only stayed for a brief period, I felt well-to-behaved and at ease. The room was spotless, spacious, opulent, and, in some cases, very quiet. In the basement of the garage, which was really useful during the last part of the winter, the reception personnel was courteous and accommodating. I had a really excellent brunch from the Bistro Public. My room was on the first floor, and the street view was spectacular. I really appreciate it, and I won't be returning once more.

I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you for the incredible meal and breakfast! The Bistro public was fine. The reception staff was very polite and the cleaning service was pleasant and did what they should.

The hotel is in a great location ten minutes walk from the old town! There is also a lid down the road as well as other convenience stores and cafes can not fault the location or area. The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to keep bags in the luggage room on the last day after check out so we could make the most of our last day before flying that night. I had a free upgrade to our room upon arrival. It was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. The only downside of our stay was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. We could clearly hear the smallest noises made by other guests talking, coughing, floor boards squeaking and their tes blaring through the walls.

This is a fantastic hotel for a reasonable price and just ends up walking from the old city square. We didn't use the nice, atmospheric courtyard that makes up the restaurant, but the menu is good, and we stayed in a family suite that was clean and comfortable. Igor, at the reception, was warm and helpful. The hotel also offers taxi services to and from the airport. It made the beginning and ending of our trip to prague much simpler for only 25 euros via the pathway. Transfers to and from the airport were planned in advance and the driver was ready to meet us.

After reading the fantastic ratings on Trip Advisor, we stayed at Residence Ames for four nights while touring Europe. After reading the glowing reviews, I honestly did not think it was possible to live up to the expectations, but the reality was even better! Every single person went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible, and the entire time we were there, we truly felt like family. The entire staff member we spoke to took care of our plans, offered suggestions, and remembered details, and would later inquire about them to make sure everything went without a hitch. We experienced a truly wonderful warmth, excellent hospitality, and attention to detail. Although I'm not sure how they do it, this is by far the best hotel encounter I've ever had. I highly endorse residenceagnes, and I'm extremely blessed if I visit. We will carry our experience and this wonderful memory with us. When you read the evaluations, you will have a wonderful experience.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I were in prague. This place is within walking distance of the central area in 10 minutes at most and in a quiet street so I can sleep well. At 2 am, the staff were helpful by going out of their way to assist me in finding a 24 hour pharmacy. The nearby building also has an excellent argentinian restaurant with live music and a great bar. The breakfast was tasty and you can relax in the courtyard with the sky above you.

I grew up in the old part of the city and felt close by. The receptionist was also very kind and friendly, she gave me all the information I requested. They cleaned my room and made it comfortable. Thank you for all of your support. This is a fantastic time.

Very helpful, especially for those who have not stayed at this hotel for two days. In this hotel, you will get comfortable and relaxing rooms. And then the condition is very nice. Following that, the food served is very good, also the service is quite good. Then, the location is strategic, the staff is very attentive and cares about the guest's comfort, then there is a really nice buffet breakfast, which helps to start the day off, but also the service is so good. They deserve the highest marks.

Overall, I enjoyed my holiday in beautiful prague. The hotel is on a peaceful, secure back street, and all of the hidden gems that prague has to offer are easily accessible on foot. The room was very clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety. The bar is wonderful, with a daily happy hour. The inability to have a room in the front of the hotel was one of the downsides, as it was above the hotel entrance, which was frequently used by smokers. The cigarette smell drifted up and in every time we opened the window! There are many great pubs in town, but if you want something real and less touristy, you might try settling in the pub directly across the hotel.

I stayed for one night in this hotel because it was in the city's core. The ladies at the front desk I encountered were quite welcoming and helpful, I believe they were Asian, Chinese, and Indian. Cleanliness is 610, enviroment 6. 510. No AC or fan, and the shower didn't work properly. The added benefit is that I was given the best city view from my hotel room and that the price is very reasonable.

I would come back to stay here again. Very clean and professional environment, nicely appointed rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast. Great location near the center of the city on a quiet street. nice lobby and bar area for a relaxing evening.

The location is also great because it is close to the city center. The hotel has a good shower and bed. In the room, it is very hot, so I want to get some fresh air. The second morning there was a lot of noise noise starting at 6.30 am.
