When we got there at midnight or later, our taxi driver had some trouble locating this place, but after giving him the hotel's phone number, he found it with ease. The receptionist, Sharif, came out to meet us at our taxi. He was really pleased to see us, very friendly, and spoke excellent English. We checked into the room. The room was cozy. The air conditioner and to work. Hot shower with very strong pressure and a very comfortable bed. The next morning, we explained to the sheriff what we wanted to do while in Egypt. He became so enthusiastic explaining that the hotel's boss, the owner of the hotel, is a travel agent with lots of connections. We arrived with him not long later and took us to meet his boss. We ended up getting our dream trip package for an incredible price! When we got back, tariff provided us with a homemade egyptian breakfast! I heartily recommend staying here! We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Egypt!.

This hotel is in my opinion my home in Cairo. The number 1 for all of the three times I stayed in Cairo. The hotel is very close to their square, food shops, fast food, and coffee shops. I keep returning here even after I have travelled other cities in Egypt. Because the staff is polite, friendly, and trustworthy, I feel safe in the hotel. The main factors I look for when looking for hotels are cleanliness, good comfy beds and hot hot showers you don't have to wait long just to shower because the water is strong. Their laundry is a little higher than the previous hostel I stayed at, but the top cleanliness and smell really nice, you pay the proper price. Other hostels wash your clothes inside the building so it's not really dried and smells like wet clothes. There is a kettle, small fridge, cable with english movies mic 2 I believe the internet is good enough. They provide towels, soap and tissue paper. They respect your privacy and ensure that you have a pleasant stay. The clean room and toilet are nice and clean. the picture on the hotel photos is the same as the photo on the website, ask questions and they will help you as much as they can. They also help me order food because some drivers do not speak English. Maybe the ground floor to the elevator doesn't look attractive, but the hotel is a quiet place to stay. Thank you, roof

The Rick Carlton is a lovely hotel with a view of the nile. I was blessed to have a grd-floor room in front with a sizable terrace. The back room has views of the lovely grounds. There is also an outdoor pool. The rooms are well-furnished and have engraved opaque glass to good effect for the bathroom and shower. The back leads directly to the Egyptian museum. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the hotel offers a variety of restaurants.

This hotel has great safety and privacy. This hotel is located in the city of Cairo, which has a famous art museum and a great place to visit for tourists and business. In the hotel, you will find amazing restaurants and shops. I like the design in this hotel. It is suitable for business and leisure visitors alike.

The facility is excellent but the staff is actually really terrible especially the receptionists and the people who enter the restaurant because they are so arrogant and the downside is that the housekeeping is only friendly.

This is the best place to stay if you are looking for the perfect spot to stay at a sunset. The staff was very helpful and courteous, and that's why they help me so much.

I got an excellent experience while staying here. The staff were so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The accommodation was ideal for the short stay. They provide quality amenities, especially for the budget. The assistance of my ahmed was very good, he attended to all my inquiries and found an instant solution to any problems.

I would not come back to this hotel in the future. This hotel's situation is excellent. It's in a nice neighborhood on the hotel's street. The building is very old, and as there isn't any clean dust and garbage, nobody will like the entrance on the ground floor. The escalator is extremely old. There is no one to help lift us to the top of the stairs for the first time. Therefore, I had to climb up to it's floor by stairway. They provided a large room. However, the room's furnishings need cleaning. No free drinking water. I arranged a room with breakfast. However, they only offer breakfast after nine a.m. because they buy locally.
