Small but stylish hotel in Strasbourg. Walking distance from the central station and just at the entrance of the Strasbourg old city centre, petite france, dam, etc. During Christmas, it's so convenient from the hotel to visit or walk around the city and do market hopping. Strasbourg alone is a plus, worth of visit. It has so many uniqueness and great surrounding areas to explore including Colmar or further to Basel, Switzerland. Super friendly and helpful staff and what's more important, the breakfast spread, soooo gorgeous.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. Very nice room, wonderful staff, and tasty food. Very quiet location near the city center. The only thing I have to mention is the strange bathroom, and privacy is not available, which might be a problem for some people.

I book a private room because I booked at the last minute, and only 1 private room is left. Totally clean, with bunk beds and a private bathroom and attached bathroom. Everything is very clean. They had luggage storage since I was leaving later. Very modern and modern. The main benefit is the location because it's so close to central Strasbourg and everything is within walking distance. Some staff unlocked and opened my door a few mornings, which was strange and unsettling. But I think it was a mistake because the door was opened right when they closed it.

The room's cleanliness is excellent now, and the rooms were spotless. The hotel claims to be in the heart, and it is, but you have to walk around 15 minutes to get there. A garage is close by. Although it is in the heart, you must walk approximately 15 minutes to get to where you need to be to see everything happening. We used a valet service for our car, which was really helpful in preparing a massage app for me. If you don't want to use a valet, you can park in front of the hotel and check in. When I tried to figure out what I wanted, the person who made the beverages for us was also a valet. The price is unusually low. Without a doubt, I'd return.

The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the breakfast was tasty. The location was great, just a short walk to the train station and the historic centre. Its great to be back.

This hotel offers a free parking space. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. They served the food with very good taste, in particular the breakfast. The room condition was clean with a balcony and the bed was so comfortable.

Thankyou to Mr. Majid yang sudah check-in kan kami. Kamarnya bagus, nyaman, hangat dan kami tidur nyenyak. Banyak resto di sekitar hotel. Dari Bahnhoff cuma jalan kaki 400mtr. Thankyou Ibis 👍

We stayed at the Koko hotel for three nights and liked that it is situated in a quiet area but still close to parking, a cinema, restaurants, and shops. On foot, it takes only two minutes to walk. The tram stop located on the opposite side of the road was also fantastic. In 5 minutes, the tram took us to the city's center, and it runs all the time. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly in English. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. We enjoyed the view, and I'm sure it will be lovely if you visit while the trees are green.

As previously stated, aperitif club is a fantastic idea and the bed is comfy. However, the room was very dirty and the hot water problem took several hours to fix on Saturday evening. Staff members were unable to provide a proper status and a deadline for fixing. Clearly there was no senior staff member to manage such circumstances.

Overall, it's fine, but I would not return, save money and make a good hotel reservation. A family of three in the triple room arrived late, so we had to use selfcheckin, which worked perfectly. Knowing what to anticipate for the price you paid is essential. The room was very small but clean, there is a railroad nearby that begins to operate around am, so keep in mind to close the window if you want a good night's sleep. Breakfast is average for a two-star hotel, I had some croissants, nutella, coffee, and a fruit salad that was made with canned fruits, but that was to be expected.
