The hotel is comfortable, there are many cheap local restaurants around, the tourist attractions in the center of Ortakoy and the beautiful Bosphorus Bridge are only 300 meters walk away, near the bus station to Taksim, Bekçitas, Kabatas and others, the location is very practical and the wifi is very strong

The room was very clean with modern design. Super nice room. The receptionist on duty at the time, named Sezer, was very friendly and helpful — the service exceeded expectations. Location is just steps away from Bosphorus Strait, and surrounded with lots of interesting shops around. I would definitely recommend it to others.

First time in Turkey and really enjoyed our experience with bofors, we had a good view overlooking the street it was a bit noisy but we enjoyed the atmosphere, the staff are all very nice and great English especially burka he helped us with restaurants and places to see. All in all very happy room was cute and warm too.

The place is quite a nice place. I got a stylish room with a good cleanliness, a safe place to stay, and good facilities. Also, I got good food at the bar. The personnel here was really good, and the wifi was very fast.

During our stay at Tukuaz, my sister and I had a fantastic time. We stayed in room 501, and the apartment hotel was comfortable and clean. The breakfast included in our package was pretty good and filling. The staff was all expert. I contacted about two days in advance to arrange for the transport from the airport, and it went smoothly. We had a fantastic stay and wonderful time at this hotel. I would undoubtedly recommend it.

Great place, with amazing view, easy access to the waterfront and local bazaar. The view of Ortakoy Majid is stunning. It is a family run hotel, so most of the interaction for any service or assistance is with a member of the family. Warm and hospitable place.

We had a great time at Turkuaz with my sister. I stayed in room 501, and the apartment hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast provided by our package was fairly good and filling. All the staff was professional. I called about two days in advance to arrange for the transportation from the airport and it worked. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and experience at this hotel. I highly recommend it.

If you visit Istanbul, this hotel is without a doubt a recommendation! I spent one night in Istanbul to take pictures at a wedding. Since the bride had reserved the hotel for me, I had no idea what to anticipate. I assume it's a modest, charming hotel with fewer rooms. Though it wasn't very large, it was large enough for my needs. The bathroom and room were both excellently clean. The receptionist was incredibly polite and accommodating, and he never paused to offer a complimentary cappuccino. The location is excellent, you're in the middle of the action within a short distance. It's a very peaceful motel on the other hand. In every of the hotels I visited, they offer free WiFi, which is quite stable and fast. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing spectacular, and there was no buffet, but the quality was excellent.

The spa is the best. I had a facial one day and a hammer on the second day with a Thai lady that I recommend, her name is put very professionally, gentle, and efficient. After using a hammer, I had a blow-dry with the hotel's hairdresser who was also very good. A very nice and pleasant experience.

We picked these apartments because they were close to my son's apartment, but we will come back because of so much more. We were upgraded to a spacious, tastefully decorated room with an excellent ac, fridge, kettle, etc. We only had breakfast once as we met others in a cafe. It was perfect, but cafes in Istanbul serve such delicious breakfasts at such cheap prices that we were thrilled to go out. The staff could not be more helpful. We inquired about a nearby place to buy wine and a few minutes later a person delivered to our room. Im coming back to Istanbul in August and intend to go back.

I would stay again. Families do as well. Stayed 3 nights. lovely room, marble floors, great shower, amazing kettle, quiet, and spotless hair dryer. Great donna for the bed. Good air conditioning. Excellent blackout daylight curtains, but the bathroom could use better lighting which would be difficult to apply makeup. On a steep slope up from the main road. Not near the cafes for cola, etc. Buy in advance. However, the fridge is stocked with water and is available in the breakfast area. Taxis uphill will cost about 7 tl, and there is plenty. The longer I remained, I became more familiar. It's great that non-smoking balconies are not the full-size type, but you can sit outside in front for that and fresh air.
