The waiter was a very nice person, the food was hot and fresh and he was able to accommodate us independently. Definitely recommend the yucca fries! And the empanadas are delicious.

This is so good, but I don't think this place is very bad. The generator is so much better than the miami generator. The money is not worth it to us at all. The price is expensive even though we have 4 bedrooms that don't have a shower or body wash in the bathroom. Generator also provides fresh cold water in the lobby. I hope this hotel gives this to us again in the future.

All in all, it was so gratifying! The fitness center and spa are top-notch. The city and Biscayne Bay are seen from this place. To have a wonderful vacation, you don't need to go on vacation alone. The bathrooms and in particular the room are quite spacious. The concierge is excellent, and probably the best I have ever met. The bartender at the O. Bar offers some of the finest drinks and helpful information. Thank you, Alex!.

This is the place where we rented a car business and we waited for our Uber to pick us up. The service is good, they also serve good food with a pleasant atmosphere. I'll stay here again.

I arrived at the check-in counter right after midnight after a long flight from Amsterdam and long lines at the miami international airport. Check-in was a breeze, staff members were helpful and explained how to set up the space. Every room has a private parking space which is obviously very guest friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious with a fridge and microwave if necessary. Excellent experience!.

We canceled our reservation for cocoa beach, so this was a last-minute decision. There is a great last-minute option because it is quite noisy because you are not on the main road to the keys. The check-in process is simple and simple. We chose to go over the road to cracker barrel instead because the free breakfast didn't work. The room was lovely and clean. We reserved two rooms at the back of the property. For some reason, the beds in one of the rooms were made of metal and made a terrible noisy noise when you stepped up or down, like a big metal bang because for some reason, the beds were metal. They were also very high, much to my kids' delight.

This is the best hotel in Mama Beach. The location is strategic and have a lot of things that will make your stay feel luxurious and special. The service is also very amazing and the hotel has a beautiful room. Even though the atmosphere is crowded and noisy. Unlike other places, the food and atmosphere here are amazing.

We stayed one night. The room layout was very bad. It's nice to have a sink outside the bathroom, but not if the bathroom door blocks the sink! The room was clean enough, but the bed in the middle and the coffee pot were broken. There was no coffee in the breakfast area.

I'm a little surprised to see 1 star reviews. This is our go-to hotel for vacation, park, and fly. Park, stay, and fly, as well as the bellhop, are by no means the last two. The hotel's location is excellent, and the shuttle that operates for roughly 18 hours per day is very appealing. The price is affordable, parking is quite inexpensive, and the hotel's location is very strategic. I also love the room's condition.

I'm not certain how to express my gratitude to novel for everything in this bundle! I worked with novel miami bricked to host my guest for my destination wedding in Miami in February! We had more than 60 rooms reserved for the entire weekend, and choosing novel to house our guest was the best decision we made! Not only is the hotel clean and stunning, but it also has the best and most helpful staff members who made the stay exceptional. First, I would like to thank Ken Dyers and Fernando lopez for being our first points of contact and for contributing to the fantastic stay. Ken handled our room block, and Fernando helped plan our rooftop post-wedding lunch. Ken was gracious and kind with every twists and turns that came with the room block over more than a year, and he was able to accommodate so much even though it was one of the busiest weeks in Miami and the hotel was stocked. Fernando created the most amazing day after wedding event that my guests are still talking about. She made our dreams a reality! We were incredibly grateful to ken and Fernando for giving us the best service since we arrived on the premises. She is a friendly person and we felt like she handled every question we had and made sure the event was perfect. It was everything we had hoped for and more! I spent one night here while passing through Miami to another nation, and it was generally a pleasant encounter. Every 15 minutes, there are frequent shuttles that take you to and from the airport. The hotel's interior design is chic and contemporary. The most substantial part of the room was clean, and it was fully equipped. Although I arrived rather late, had eaten before arriving, and left early the following day, I was unable to eat there, but overall, it was a pleasant stay, and it was ideal for transit stays because it was very near to the airport. I would return there. One thing to keep in mind is the 50-$ deposit that is charged to your card upon check, which is intended to be returned to your card within 35 business days. It was still not returned to my account after more than a month. Because it was a business trip, luckily I was able to get reimbursed by my company. However, I think they should stop telling people that the money will be returned within 35 business days because it seems that

Our three nights were spent without cleaning services, which is fine by us. The wall next to the square desk, on the other hand, was strangely stained with wine stains. Why? The room was huge, and the breakfast room became crowded on weekdays. Excellent location right next to a shopping center with a public supermarket, Starbucks, a bbd place, and a gas station. I'm not recommended staying at the Greenie Hotel. We stayed at the Greenie Hotel on November 26, 2022. We made reservations several months in advance and didn't see the reviews until after we made those reservations, and the reservation was non-refundable. We had planned a vacation on Miami Beach in April and decided to walk to the Greeneview to check it out and see if they had us down in their reservations. The lobby was appealing, but it required attention. We assumed, OK, this is only for 1 night in November. How awful can it be? Well, we checked in with the staff. The front desk clerk was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. He even helped us print some luggage tags for the cruise. We were both on two floors, which was not very convenient. Since we were going on a cruise the following day, we had eight people's worth of luggage. We had assumed that we would take the luggage up on the elevator. When we arrived, there was a refrigerator, but it was cold. After I was able to leave the room, I called the front desk and talked to another employee. He told us to email the hotel so the proprietor could resolve the matter. Imagine the relief! $100 for dirty towels. I knew that this was a deceptive circumstance because I frequently doublechecked hotel rooms. I logged off an email to the hotel to request that he
