Excellent location easy stroll to famous cemetery and inexpensive drive into Washington or cheap uber. Shopping nearby. Excellent and unusual free parking in the area. Parking underneath and elevator up. Simple. The rooms are comfortable. The building is older but well kept. There is no repair currently with restrictions. This was the cheapest hotel I could find in a good location with decent reviews for our Washington visit. We were pleased with the choice.

I moved from the area a while back, and I believed this location to be close to the beachdrag strips of the Atlantic and Pacific avenues, so I anticipated nighttime noise. My adult son and I went down to see a relative and stayed here in separate rooms. It is not a star by any means, but I would rather stay in a place like this anyway. Im not a star person. Our rooms were fine, the noise level wasnt terrible in the hotel or on the street, but it was janitor on the beach to be fair and we were absolutely comfortable. The housekeeping staff was fine with us not wanting our rooms cleaned till we left. We stayed for three nights. We had rooms next to one another and my newly engaged adult did not bother me with his young adult noise in his room to, music, food deliveries. Id most definitely stay there again. I dont expect to need to until an event happens, and I hope I can bring my cat with me at that time as it might or might not be an extended stay. I wasn't sure about the irons, safes, or hair dryers because I didn't need them and didn't notice or pay attention.

The hotel itself needs an overhaul. The rooms are big but old. The bed was very firm but the pillow was nice and soft. The bathroom felt dirty. The mirror and walls had dried debris stuck to them. The faucet did not function properly. Breakfast was varied. I was fine for one night but I was happy to check out. Please clean the elevator doors.

We spent five nights here with colleagues. We reserved a room that was roomy, with two large beds in the bedroom, sitting area, and dining table in the living room. The kitchenette has sinks, a fridge, a microwave, a onecup coffee maker, and a few cupboards, but no utensils, plates, or cups whatsoever. Why provide a room with a kitchen when you are also providing kitchenware? We had to purchase some bowls to make breakfast, which is not what you would expect when booking a room with a kitchen. Because our upstairs neighbors had such a hard party that they burst a water pipe in their bathroom, which caused water damage all the way down to the third floor. In the middle of the night, the hotel chief engineer woke us. At first my roommate did not want to open the door at all, the person outside did not have any identification. A security hazard is the elevators do not require a key card, so basically anyone from the street can enter and go up to the floors. The person checked our room and left, and after 45 minutes, when water began to see through our ceiling, we were moved to a smaller room. The change cost was not an issue. When we had planned to go there, the pool was broken.

I just stayed here for a week on business. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location of the property is close to restaurants and bars, and the metro station nearby will take you to downtown Do. I will stay here every time I visit Tendon!

The check-in process was easy, the facilities were good clean, and the location was convenient, except for the car being snatched from the cab, I ended up using the Uber. Overall my stay was great. The facilities were clean. The staff was polite and friendly.

The hotel photograph does not match the actual room. The kitchen has granite counters, the remainder of the suite has vanished. The facility appears safe, and the front desk staff speaks and appears to know everyone who arrives. The laundry facility is convenient. The view of the Washington monument from the room was great. The suite itself was tired and needs a refreshment for the current century. I won't stay here again.

The location is great, and the staff is kind. I will definitely return. The rooms are nice. The decoration is also very nice and neat. They have an excellent location close to restaurants and other attractions, and there is public transportation too.

The hotel staff is courteous. My room is clean, quiet, there is plenty of hot water, the hotel grounds are well kept and the parking lot is safe to use. It is not a luxury hotel but no need that. It meets my needs and I am pleased with my stay.

This is an excellent hotel to stay in. The front desk employee named Billy Big is a very special guest. He works very professionally, courteously, and has knowledge about his area of work. He is always extremely helpful, and we are grateful for his excellent service. We appreciate him making us feel like family and enjoying our stay. Thank you Fatwa.

I'm writing because there have been some poor reviews about this hotel. My daughter and I went for four nights in mid-july. We stayed on the second floor in a two-room suite. From the front desk to maintenance and housekeeping, all the staff were very nice and friendly. No problem changing our key several times. My rental vehicle battery went out, and a maintenance employee took his own car to help. Parking yes, it's a small lot, what would you expect on the water? I had to park around the corner after only one late night. No issues, it's a short walk away. Excellent location! Many restaurants and stores are accessible on foot. There is a spot near the beach, and if you want to rent a chair, there is a location without a walk away. We had a wonderful trip and would most definitely return.

Nice room and a great shower. Small staff no interaction. Good and tidy lobby. Great gym with 4 treadmills, 2 ellipticals and a bike. Weights up to 50 les plus some missing lifting machines. The drinking fountain was broken. 2 miss Great location close to the airport general 9. 3

This hotel is conveniently located for a trip to Washington, D.C. The courthouse metro stop, which has been in direct contact with dulles airport since midnovember 2022, is only a brief walk away. The personnel at the front desk was welcoming. On the 1st floor, we stayed in a sizable suite room. Although clean, it had a vintage and worn out appearance. Because of its two beds, a dining table, and a kitchen, this room was quite comfortable to us. On the top floor, the hotel offers breakfast, with a fantastic perspective of both the capitol and national monument visible from the hotel. Both the capitol and washington do capitol and the National Monument are visible from the hotel. There was a nice assortment of warm and cold cuisine, and it was served on genuine plates and genuine cutlery. Only the free availability of coffee and water in the corridor kept us entertained.
