We had to report a broken lock on the balcony doors, which was quickly fixed. However, we were upgraded to a junior suite, which was great. Excellent service, helpful and friendly staff. Food was plentiful, accessible 247 and delicious. We were given access to the members lounge, where food and drink were provided for free each evening. The Pyramids were only a short walk from the hotel. A fantastic hotel that we wholeheartedly recommend.

We stayed in a regular suite for 3 nights. We stayed in a big suite with two bathrooms and two balconies on the last night. The standard rooms are lovely and very comfortable. The suite was beautiful! We had a pyramid view which was our first visit in Egypt. Breakfast buffet isn't huge but the food is fresh and delicious. The restaurant's service is excellent. It is about a 30-minute drive from the city center.

If you are searching for a place to stay while visiting the Gaia Pyramids, don't look further! This is a stunning property close to the Pyramids with wonderful vistas. We were fortunate enough to reserve a room with a view of one of the pyramids. I highly recommend this if this is in your price range. Very safe, clean, and convenient to visit the pyramids. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, approachable, and pleasant. For people who have never been to Egypt and are nonsmokers, the hotel smells strongly of cigarette smoke, which I believe is due to the culture's acceptance of smoking. Almost anywhere. I do not criticize the hotel because I found this to be problematic for me just about everywhere I went and stayed in Egypt. Again, this would be a warning for individuals who may have respiratory issues or sensitivity to and hand cigarette smoke.

I highly recommend the hotel especially for this extra care, so essential when we are away from home and even more important in a different country like egypt for us Brazilians. The hotel is what is expected from a 4-star hotel in a western country. Nice cost-benefit. But my friend got sick. Gastroenteritis. 3 nights and 2 days of vomiting and a particular area. She had been seen by a deluxe doctor who was quite rude. Gone to stop the symptoms. The hotel doctor at the Hotel Steigungberger was called 930 am. Arrived not long after that. My friend went to his clinic where he would receive more assistance. He took care of the medicine. He was very gentle and caring, taking all symptoms, explaining with patience what she had and being as gentle and sincerely caring as no man had been in egypt after 8 days. The next two days the doctors went to check on her several times and how she responded to the treatment.

This hotel was very pleasant, especially for all the employees. And then, this place has an amazing price. After that, it is located just across from the new Grand Egyptian Museum, just around 3 am. Subsequently, while the location was okay, they served drinks. Subsequently, even though they still served breakfast there, it was a fair value for money. Following that, they provide a patio area with a table and chairs and an outdoor space with a pool and restaurant with pizza, European, and Arabic options. The furniture looks a little old, so the rooms are big and spotless. The third and final place is not far from the pyramids, but you will only notice them if you cross the street in front of the hotel.

As a tour group, I've been here three times. The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant next to the pool served a good variety of food, including Middle Eastern and Italian feces. The accommodation, on the other hand, was disappointing. The room was spacious, which was the greatest aspect. They each attempted to get me a better room because I'd stayed here three times and complained about my dissatisfaction to my tour group, but each time had issues, noise, broken plumbing, etc. The rooms we stayed in were in the Cairo Pyramids area and weren't quite soundproof, so early and late arrivals from people passing by the rooms on the main walkway early and late arrivals and kitchen workers rolling carts early in the morning. On my previous visit, I was given a room later and could hear street traffic and horns honking. The rooms appear to be from the 1960 s and need to be furnished with new bedding. I originally booked a 2 day extension but had to cancel it. Despite the annoyance of moving to a different hotel, it was worth moving to a hotel that had nice, cozy bed and quiet rooms.

The view from this hotel and the proximity to the pyramids were excellent, so it must have been wonderful in the past. The rooms are adequate but in dire need of repair, and the landscaping is stunning. The pool is fantastic, and the grounds are beautiful. The exercise center is old. There are only two seats available, and the sauna and jacuzzi are only half. The restaurant is nice, although the meal is good.

We had a fantastic night with singing and dancing organized by entertainment team Courtney was beautiful, the line dancing was very entertaining, and the drinks were very reasonable. The bar staff was very friendly and helpful five star services.

This is not a four or five star hotel, but it will be. When the morning comes, the view from our balcony was breathtaking. The cleanliness of this hotel and other things we required for 25.5 days were very accommodating. The restaurant does offer breakfast, but it doesn't have a large variety. The menu has over 70 receipts, but the majority of it is 88. I will give them a 4 out of 10. For two and a half days, all things considered

I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed at Mean House for two wonderful nights. It was truly a breathtaking experience. The location is unparalleled thanks to the beautiful grounds, which lead to the Pyramids of Ganesh. I was able to walk from the hotel to the ticket office the next morning in less than 15 minutes, taking the crowds and traffic out of my way. The room featured incredible amenities, including a large bathtub and changing room. I was able to use the lounge as a convoy gold member and take pleasure in delectable snacks.

The view from the roof is amazing, you can take fantastic pictures. I recommend you get a room with a view of the pyramids. Avoid standard rooms because they lack balcony and not even a window. The staff is incredibly friendly and would have relocated you immediately if we had asked. Breakfast was generally terrible, no variety, no bakeries, the coffee and tea quality was very poor. Also, the only beverages they have on hand are juices. Any other drinks, including beer, had to be purchased outside. Overall excellent value for money, very close to the pyramids gate and directly in front of the hotel entrance, which is very convenient if you visit the pyramids.

Hotel is pleasant and clean and very near to the Pyramids. The housekeeping girls and Ryan are the best we can find in this hotel. If you need a tour guide, I highly recommend ryan 20 11 560 6603. The staff is good, housekeeping only women are great. Ryan, our driver was amazing! Food was ok! But I have to complain about the owner. He is rude and tries to charge me for more money on our trip! He said 1 price but he changed his mind and looked at me like he is an idiot! Very disappointing with him if you plan to come check your trip befits you gonn pay him.
