When we spent the night in the hot springs, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Despite the very cold weather, it was quite enjoyable. The dome cafe was the only small drawback to our visit. We would have liked to have eaten snacks by the end of our session.

Bridget, the manager, volunteered to look after us from the minute we arrived until we went to sleep. The cost of the room was affordable and the bar meal was very affordable. It was a Saturday night and it was a very busy pub. We had a great experience while staying here.

This hotel provides a shared bathroom and a double room. The cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom was nice and well maintained. The fact that the womens restroom was marked with a number for security was a fantastic addition to the hotel. The rooms amenities include a sink and a tap, making it simple to access a wash and drinking water without having to navigate the corridor to the bathroom. The front desk staff was friendly and responsive, even order to microwave the food we brought home.

I highly recommend this place to stay. The hotel is very clean and in a great location. The room is very comfortable and the bed is really comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The parking area is good, both indoors and outdoors.

We have a 5-night stay at this hotel. The staff is very helpful and efficient. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and there was ample parking. We enjoyed two sessions in the outdoor pools which were relaxing and enjoyable. Every morning, we took a leisurely walk in the indoor pool. The pool is a bit cool but very good for walking. We also had two sessions in the indoor geothermal pool. It was a great experience and we intend to return soon.

This is the place to stay if you are looking for the cheapest place to stay in Warrnambool. A couple purchases a room with a comfortable bed for $65. 3 in house vouchers for beverages and meals were given to us, saving us about $20. Our room was a family with bunk beds that could sleep for five. A tiny bar refrigerator, a hand basin, and a wire closet mechanism kept our bags at least up from the vacuumed floor. Down the hallway, there are bathroom facilities. Womens bathroom with keypad lock. Although the restroom has recently been upgraded, hand soap is appreciated. The bed had a mattress protector but the sheets were clean and crisp. There were pieces of paper on the floor when the room wasnt thoroughly cleaned. The bistro served us dinner downstairs. Very suitable pub fare with friendly staff. After we returned upstairs, the live music stopped. Our windows were above what we thought was a kitchen with large fans? Shuting the window allowed the mechanical whine to pass. Given the number of customers downstairs, we thought the noise wasnt troubling. We had a good nights slumber due to the fan noise altogether. We purchased 12 cups of coffee from the bar using a voucher. Overall, would we return? Yes.

Just a one night stopover. The day we decided to stop was the evening of a power cut across the entire area at 10 pm. The room was okay with all the necessary. I had a good group dinner. Bar service slow but not in a bad way. Breakfast is all you could need. Thank you, Team Blue.

On our journey from Adelaide to Melbourne, we stopped by this hotel for one night. The accommodations are comfy and fair to the hotel's cost. The receptionist did operate the bar and advise us on ordering pizza, which we enjoyed. The breakfast is not exceptional, and the cuisine is just average.
