Checkin was quick and easy. I was running late and the last check in was rp. I took the elevator to the grd floor and got in. Large room with clean beds and tatami area with a coffee table there. Fridge, to, bathtub and electric kettle for making your own drinks. Good view of the harbour area in front of the hotel. Wifi was no problem.

This was our first stay at your hotel, and there were many things we didn't comprehend, so we sent your hotel a lot of inquiries via email. We could always receive a prompt and timely response, and we were able to inquire about your hotel's customerfirst policy. The front desk staff, the restaurant personnel, the executive lounge personnel, and the rest of the employees were incredibly nice and helpful to us. We appreciate the following employees for being especially thoughtful and supportive. My room at the lobby is Iowa and I. Cho yeon, executive lounge personnel is, my shift leader, and is. Yuka shiro is. I appreciate you greatly. Also, I want to thank the reception workers, is. Air niizaki and is. Miyagi shiro, for your thorough and gentle email responses. From the building to the amenities to the water features, everything was lovely and practical, including the structure, the facilities, and the water features, is a pleasure to live in. Every morning, the breakfast restaurant was a huge hit, with a very varied and delectable menu, many of which were specific to your hotel. It was a very pleasant anniversary. Thank you very much.

I stayed with 8 people and it was a great experience! All rooms have amazing views of the ocean and property. They often have fireworks where you can see the fireworks from a close and nice view from your room balcony. I believe the fireworks are every Saturday? So go on Saturday if you can, but it's also probably the busiest day here. The pools and the beach were great! The Executive lounge had good small food dishes and drinks and also had a great view. The room with an outdoor bathtub was great and relaxing with good views. Diamond members are also well taken care of here. Thank you for the stay and I will be back!.

If there had not been an incident that happened while I was here, let me begin by declaring that I would have given this resort four stars. Housekeeping seized my lovely nightgown that was secured under the hotel robe and most likely put it with the rest of the laundry. I went directly to the front desk and they were helpful in chatting with housekeeping and the laundry service provider, but after that deepak, the person who was extremely helpful, was off for a few days and his substitute called me, stating it hadnt been found and that there was nothing they could do! I asked him to be clear, so there is nothing you can do to help me with this? The answer was No, sorry. There is no compensation or comp reimbursement, or anything. Im shocked that this is how a Hilton representative would respond. The house was taken and I was left high and dry. The pool was nice, both indoors and outdoors, and the beach was fantastic a 5minute walk from the room. The balcony views were lovely and the room was comfortable and wellappointed. The bathroom had a large glass window that opened to the room overlooking the ocean. The hotel was in an excellent location, and the gym was small but decent. There was a laundry room on-site. I was planning to return to try out the petfriendly rooms with my dog, but I have reconsidered because of the poor customer service

There is plenty of parking beneath the hotel, not far from the main road. Although you may want to pick him up if you want. There is a sizable neon supermarket close by that is easily accessible by car. I was running late and the last checkin was rp, and I was responsive to messages with speed. I took the elevator to the ground floor and climbed in. There, there is a table, tatami, and a large room with spotless mattresses. For making your own beverages, there is a fridge, toilet, and an electric kettle. In front of the motel, there is a good view of the harbor area. There was no problem with wifi. Extremely advised! And of course, good value!.

This hotel is brand new and well-appointed. It has a strategic location, and its staff is friendly and helpful. However, the area around the hotel is unattractive and has several undefunct ugly buildings. Between the hotel's swimming pools and the lawns leading to the beach are two large pools of stagnant green water that contain a mass of ugly plastic pipes. The swimming pools are unattractive from all guest rooms. The areas around the pools are made unpleasant by unrelenting loud muzak that is reverberated through an extensive outdoor speaker system. Covid 19 arrangements meant that the hotels two restaurants had restricted operating hours. There aren't many serious restaurants close by. We ordered some food from room service and were surprised by its very poor quality. There is a lovely executive lounge where topnotch cocktail snacks are served, but sadly, they were unable to locate a tonic or lemons to accompany the gin offered. A nice breakfast buffet is provided, although the Japanese options are below average and the semihot foods are served on very cold plates.

Weve stayed in many different hotels and resorts in Okinawa, and weve visited frequently. Without a doubt, Hilton soko resort is the best! A beautiful, fashionable, cozy, luxurious location that offers warm hospitality, beautiful views, delicious cuisine, attractive architecture, and the beauty and excitement of wild nature are all superb. Soko beach is unquestionably the biggest attraction in Okinawa! The resort employees were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and accommodating! When we checked in, they upgraded our room and offered a lot of additional benefits at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended for couples who want a romantic, opulent vacation at very affordable rates, or for families who require a lovely, calm moment. Well, please come again!.
