Overall, the experience was very good! The toiletbath area was quite small and small, but very clean. If these were anchored closer to the sliding door, light would have been effectively blocked out. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating.

We decided to stay here because it was meant to be a romantic getaway for our anniversary. We even splurged and got the most expensive room, more than we wanted one night! Now we got a nice room size, a bed, an environment, a view, a bathtub, and a small dining table. The staff was great, friendly, attentive, and efficient. No issue with them. The only thing that got to us was cleanliness, or more specifically, the lack thereof. We got it. The room is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and balconies, but they are all very dirty. It's nowhere near the amount we paid. If this wasn't fine, it might be forgiven. However, more than ask, we feel cheated. This issue cannot be seen in the photos and promotional materials. We are very disappointed by one thing that could have made it great. Cleanliness and upkeep are the top priorities of any hotel because they are very important and achievable. If 8 suites can do something about this, we will return. Otherwise, we'd rather spend our money elsewhere.

I checked in at this hotel because of my first night in this place. Then I realised that there were a lot of people waiting for me. On our arrival, the receptionist asked me for my reservation. He handed me the key. There is a room beside the reception area that has tables and chairs for those looking to catch up on work. For an eco hotel, the lobby was fantastic, with lovely artworks that no one took note of or photographed, and impressive ornaments and jars. I also saw the veranda with tables and chairs. The room was clean, and it had some wonderful mural from the area. Toiletries and towels were provided for us. If you want a nice towel, you must bring your own. Water heating worked well. Wifiinternet is strong, I stayed in the veranda in the morning because the network signal was better.

We really enjoyed ourselves in this place, it was a memorable moment for me and my children. The kids liked the pool and the movie night. We will definitely return. There's so much to do in this location, very kid friendly.

I have a good and clean room. The bed is comfortable. AC is functioning properly, very cold. The restroom is okay but quite small. The pool is also nice. They need additional staff because the service is a bit slow, but overall they are very accommodating.

It was the perfect place to spend our anniversary with a breathtaking view of the tall lake. It was spacious, and the jacuzzi was the major plus of our stay. Despite the fact that it required additional controls. We couldn't mix the water shower with the cold because it was essentially hot. The automatic curtain controls needed to be replaced. The front desk made us feel at ease, despite the concierge's disinterest when we parked in the pod slot. The buffet breakfast was tasty with a nice waiter. We were unable to swim in the pool due to the volcanoes, but we did appreciate the view behind our glass walled room. Oh, thank you for a plate of assorted fruits as a birthday greeting. We plan to return in 2015.

The quality of the food is different from before the pandemic. For the breakfast buffet it used to have very delicious hot chocolate and bread. The room's cleanliness and cleanliness made us feel comfortable. The service is excellent and my son enjoyed the heated pool.

I went there to celebrate my birthday on January 1, 2013. We dined at the buffet and can say the food is excellent and certainly worth it. We also watched a cultural dance while eating which was very entertaining. The service is also first class. We were assisted by a solo server who was very polite and friendly. He assisted everything we needed and even provided us with complimentary cakes. Our experience was great overall. Highly recommended.

This message aims to inform you that we are very unhappy with the service provided when we visited aquamira Resort on December 3, 2021. Customer service is in poor condition and high customer satisfaction is present. We encountered numerous subpar service levels that I think you should be aware of and possibly do something about. I chose your property after checking your website, which gives a completely different image of the reality. Our drive there took more than 2 hours to get to your place only to be horribly treated by the front desk staff, my. John paulo and your guard, my. John rey, who was on duty, wasn't paying attention. Instead of checking what I was displaying on my phone, he stood up and began looking at all the paper that was within his reach, but he informed us that the staff members had walked outside to see if there was any room available. I asked if I was talking to the room in the second building as it appeared to be safe for my sons, not a surprise! This hotel offers a beautiful view. The staff is very attentive and friendly. This hotel had a fantastic breakfast buffet. The location is on the lakeside, so it is worth the price. The breakfast buffet is a good choice. The staff here are friendly and helpful.

My family stayed here during a storm, so listening to the wind in our room was really scary. The staff was all very helpful and very alert to what needed to be done to make the guests feel safe. The stay was very relaxing, our room had a view of the lake even though fog covered the lake view on the first day. The main problem is the thin walls of the room as you can hear people walking in the corridor and talking in the next rooms.

The veranda at this hotel had live performances and fantastic food. As is the case with most Filipinos, the staff was a bunch of kind, polite, and happy people full of smiles ready to assist on minute's notice. Alfred, Jericho, Reuben were particularly helpful in meeting our needs at the table. Nori, rp, kevin, lorraine, and, I think, edward were wonderful at presenting delectable dishes that ranged from lesson manor to fried fish and Filipino desserts kakanin. The whole experience was also highlighted by a live native dance performance.
