The room was very nice, but for the price they have, the breakfast is a little limited, and a little fridge in the room will not be a bad idea. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. The balcony was nice.

The terraces were also lovely. Our accommodations in Cancan and New York were enjoyable. On application, we reserved an almond suite. Since one of us can not sleep at all if we were sharing, we requested two separate beds. The staff was really supportive and went above and beyond to assist us with this, and after two nights, we could switch to a larger, better-decorated room that could only accommodate four people for distinct beds because the suite did not have beds. The rooms were nice and tidy. The wifi and the ac both functioned properly. There was free coffee and tea downstairs, as well as a fridge in the rooms so that we could prepare our own cold breakfast. There are no cafes nearby, and the hotel does not offer breakfast, nor do we cook anything. The easiest thing about parking in the area was that it was really simple, which would not have been so difficult if we lived closer to the city center.

My wife didn't want to spend her time in a hostel with such a hostile receptionist. We booked through application, so we phoned them to express our feelings and he said he would call the hostel and phone us back, he did this and admitted that the staff member was quite rude. So we said ok you now understand what can you do for us. And the answer was no application had given them our credit card details, and the hostel charged us. It was my wife's birthday and a bank holiday weekend so I had no choice but to search for another hotel. We managed to find a fantastic last room from the hotel La Casa de la Favor with very nice staff and a lovely reception. Total cost us 190 euros. We had a wonderful weekend and the italian reception did not spoil it, but he made his best. If this man is the owner, I would not suggest this hostel. We didn't pass reception and I am sure the rooms were very good looking at the reviews, but after being insulted we were not refunded, so if this man is not the owner then the owners also let us down without refund. Awful experience.

Very nice hotel, well-kept. Clean, comfortable room, and very peaceful. The room was very nice. The facilities and conditions were excellent and helpful. Comfortable. The city center is nearby. 10 minutes walk away. Very beautiful city. It's a town where the ocean meets the sea. The only thing I didn't appreciate was that they asked us to call 15 minutes before our arrival. We thought he came from another location for check-in. We couldn't estimate and there was a huge storm when we got close. When we came, we called, and we waited outside, observing the time pass by while he was inside. Everything else was excellent as well. Without a doubt, I'd go back there.
