Forgot to take any picture. But the owner of the house obviously a very clean person. The bedroom, the bathroom, the floor in the house is extremely clean. Absolutely feeling like home. The neighborhood is sooo quiet,the only contrast noise is some train passing away some times

We landed in Negombo at 2 oclock from a late-night flight, but Agate had no problem! He gave us tips on how to pass customs and get a sim card, picked us up from the airport and drove us to his homestay. We easily got in touch through WhatsApp. The room itself was spacious and very! Clean. The air conditioning worked properly. The day after breakfast we had breakfast and met his family. Breakfast was fantastic! Agate is a fantastic and welcoming host. We got to spend a little more time with him as he drove us to hikkaduwa, and he told us all about Sri Lanka and gave us more tips. This is undoubtedly the best place to stay after or before your flight! Agate really goes above and beyond to support his visitors. He made the irritating flights of unusual times much more comfortable and relaxing! We will probably stay here on our return flight.

We stayed for one night, unfortunately during the coronavirus curfew. We couldn't have had a better experience during this difficult time. The staff went above and beyond, 100. They were always professional, friendly, and helpful. The bed was huge and really comfortable, and the food was beautiful. The pool was spotless. Perfect for a night near the airport or a longer stay. Very good value for money.

This person made transportation so easy. The transportation was included and we slept like babies in his place. If you are transiting in combos, he is the person to go to. We had an early departure and a late arrival, and he made it possible. Thank you, friend. Until next time.

We spent two nights in Negombo. The hotel and rooms were beautiful and clean. And they served a nice breakfast. I highly recommend this place, it's not expensive. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness and tranquility here were very nice, especially for the entrepreneur Agate. And then they serve us a delicious sandwich and a cool drink as soon as we get there.

This is a basic hotel. The size of the rooms is quite nice and the staff are friendly. The location is close to the airport, which is a high value hotel. This area is the best of the best. Ideal if you arrive late at night and want to crash somewhere near the airport.

This will be my go-to when traveling in combination in just 15 minutes to the airport. This is my second time traveling to Sri Lanka, and I have also worked with the onsite manager, Agate. My colleague and were picked up in a nice minivan at the airport early in the morning and settled well. The room is new, clean, cool, and comfortable, and the wifi works fine. The service here is excellent, and the food is good.

If you need to be close to the airport, I'd highly recommend this hostel. The personnel is very friendly and so is the room. The only issue was that there were no mosquito nets. Also a bit noisy but I don't recommend it. The airport is only a 510-minute ride away. Also included a great breakfast!

I highly recommend this accommodation. The best host we had in our 2 week stay in Rilanka. Room was nice and clean, with a small fridge and air conditioning. They even cooked us delicious local dinner and prepared breakfast to go. His English is fluent, and after dinner we just chatted about the local situation. Communication was done via Whatsap and host was extremely responsive. He also provides an airport shuttle. One of our best experiences in Rilanka.

I had an accommodating stay at Gold Sands Negombo which is the most valuable stay for a foreign guest, my flight was delayed but they arranged for me to book a late checkout until 3.00 pm for free and they gave me a friendly service with a beautiful sea view. thank you.

Very good hostel. We had a double room, which was cleaner and better equipped than most hotels weve stayed in. Manager, Sana, was very helpful throughout our stay and couldn't have done more for us. Great location just next to the airport and laid back atmosphere. Will definitely stay again.
