I love to be here! Really immerse to the nature. They have many activities like cycling tour, muay thai, and other wellness offering. Staffs are sooooo nice!!! Best hospitality in Chiang Mai

This time I would like to give a 5 star rating but in terms of the amenities, the facilities are a little old, and the breakfast options are smaller. I will definitely come back to this place when I go to Chiangmai. The veranda is the most beautiful location to stay. The best place to stay is a veranda. Reservations are necessary if you want to have a relaxing massage! My parents and my in-law stayed with us for 5 nights. My parents were ill, and Shun Fern, shun poo, and Shun Maui, helped us get a new room. When my parents and I were also not well, Shun Fern was a wonderful helper to our parents and I. Feedback from the management. I would love to give this hotel 5 stars, but I would deduct the point in terms of the facility, which is a little outdated, and has fewer options for breakfast. This hotel is reeked of returning guests. They are quite sweet to me because they are freshly prepared and have a sweet flavor. I wouldnt advise you if you do not like sweet tastes.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The village of Hang Dong in the hills is in a great outside-of-town location around Chiang Mai. In case you are without transportation, there is a shuttle service. Excellent concept that uses nature and outdoor space, and gives the property a peaceful vibe. Breakfast and supper of good quality, and supper is served in the garden for dinner. The team is in fact the highlight of the show, but it is moreover the incredible infinity pool. The staff is outstanding and extremely professional, with special recognition to Fern who went above and beyond to get me back my binoculars. However, the maintenance on the property is required, both on the rooms and the amenities in the common areas, which is why it is not top marks. I'd be happy to return there.

I live in Bangkok, and next time I have the opportunity to go to Chiang Mai, I'll most definitely stay at your hotel again. Very appreciated, especially each hotel staff is very nice and very good in service.

When checking out at night, I get met by the receptionist who seemed rude. The place is old wooden, and it makes us feel so scary. The floor was very thin and made a sound of cracking, and the room was so cold without a heater. The alarm sounds from Chinese tourists screaming and salivary spit all over the place indicate that the place is still operational. Despite the fact that there is no heater in the room, the room is extremely cold. The restaurant is another case of this. As the restaurant staff is friendly, the food's excellent flavor can easily be superior to the front desk service. The following morning, we wanted to meet the front desk to check out and cancel the remaining 4 nights. However, morning front desk informed us that we had to speak with the night front desk whom we had met at night, which we chose to call after breakfast until 11 a. M. However, we had to wait a few hours because the front desk told us that we had to talk with the night front desk, who we had met at night. Since we paid the full amount for 5 nights, which was 500baht, we lost 20, 00 baht, which we feel guilty about. Although this is a significant sum, if I stayed longer, I would instead get sick. Not a top-notch place to stay unless you want to experience a strange and horrific

This is the last time I had a chance to write a review at the Veranda Chiang Mai. If you're looking for a hotel with top-notch customer service, the veranda is the best location to stay. When I go to Chiangmai, the spa at the Veranda is strongly advised. Please reserve a massage if you want a relaxing soak! I spent five nights with my parents and my in-law. The room had problems, and the hotel staff, particularly shun fern, shun poo, and shun maui, helped us secure a new room. In addition, my parents were ill. Shun Fern was a tremendous support to our parents and me, which I greatly appreciated. Feedback from management. I would welcome a five-star rating, but I will lose one point in terms of facilities outdated and fewer breakfast options. I'm back at this hotel, so it would be nice if the resort was updating or maintaining the cuisine at the restaurant for dinner because they are quite sweet. I would not advise if you don't like a sweet feeling.

My stay here was fantastic because of Polly, who was there every step of the way, including booking via papplication, meeting my lastminute changes, my endless inquiries, and introducing me to different activities wednesday night market! With the few interactions we had, you can tell that the gardeners genuinely care about them. I made a reservation for a royal suite with a bathtub, and the room was lovely, clean, and wellkept. The rest of the employees, including the housekeeping, chauffeurs, and restaurant personnel were all courteous, helpful, and accommodating. In addition to offering a fantastic range of basic options they prepare their own bread and farmtotable jam. They have this glutinous rice croissant, which was also very delicious, and they have the best four days in Hang Dong, Chiang Mai.

Definitely worth a visit. Our four nights at North Hill. Our comfort zone. Its truly a place of rest, a getaway from our busy lives. Our kids have a great time there, but they never boarded.

This location is in the mountains near Chiang Mai. And then, the location was quite close to a station that served breakfast. After that, the breakfast was quite good, with the basic selections of fried eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausages, omelet station, khan soi station, fruit and cereals, toast, and boiled rice. Subsequently, the landscaping was very impressive, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. The last one is the suite we stayed in and it was very spacious. The wifi in the room was excellent.

The resort is located in the hills up in the forest outside of Chiang Mai. It is beautiful and has a charm that we immediately felt. We fell in love with this place, its vast garden, and the dedicated staff. The place is surrounded by Chiang Mai jungle which adds a lot of beauty to the wild nature right outside your wooden cabin. We stayed there for five nights, a family of six.

A river that runs through the estate and the resorts gardens are incredibly lovely. The traditional timber chalets will please everyone and the family at incredibly affordable costs. Although the costs reflect this, I wholeheartedly concur with another poster that it is a world class resort. Although valley coffee, the resort's coffee shop, was closed due to repairs, the coffee that was produced for us was excellent, which was comparable to nearly all of Wanna's coffee. Also available is a decent selection of inexpensive snack options. The atmosphere is warm, and I'm confident we'll come back.

This place is good for monks. My group and I rented the area for an afternoon group function when I went to this location. Even though we didn't stay there, I can't comment on the rooms, which look like raised rustic bungalows. Although only about 20 miles from Chiang Mai, the location is remote. In a river valley, the grounds are lovely. They have a lovely pool and hiking trails. The food they gave to our group was excellent. Would I remain here? No, I get very bored. But if you are looking for a place to escape civilization. It would be perfect as a yoga retreat or meditation setting.

We had our wedding there for two consecutive days with 60 people from abroad and it was the most beautiful and amazing experience possible. no complaints from anyone, actually everyone is happy with everything. Cant recommend the place and the staff more.

I really enjoyed staying at this place and will definitely return. This place is a great place to unwind from all the stress. The pool is very nice. Also the service is very attentive and always there for you. The spa was a very pleasant experience. I was there on business but I still felt a little secluded.

Stayed 2 nights in a pool villa suite. The room is big. The kitchen and living room are also big. The whole hotel area is very large and needs transportation from the lobby but there are lots of good places to take pictures as well. The staff are very helpful and nice to me. If I have a chance to visit Chiang Mai again, I will definitely come back to stay there again.

Flora creek is a gorgeous resort with well-kept, grand gardens, and cozy accommodations. However, the quality of care is undoubtedly detrimental to the business. The rooms are spacious and inviting, but they are not kept tidy as should be. On the balcony, there were large amounts of dead insects and leaves, paint stains on the sofa table, and dirty bathroom carpets. Breakfast was only accessible in-room, which was unquestionably not a problem, and we were eager. However, the breakfast was lacking essentials. Coffee and tea were not served without milk or sugar, and the boiled rice was without any condiments to temper the bland seasoning. Since cutlery was insufficient, there was no knife to spread butter or jam on toast, and no little spoons for the yogurt. The salad, yoghurt, and bread were divided into individual portions, but only one was served for a room of two. So, we got one little croissant, one mini muffin, two slices of toast, one tiny bowl of yogurt, and one salad bowl shared between two people. I'm not sure if that's how it was intended to be, but it certainly isn't ideal. Overall, it's a nice location if you just want to get some fresh air and see some greenery, but do not expect any service.

I had a small conference at Flora creek from 29.30 to 22. The past name is krista doi. The resort is closed to the mountains and has a small creek. It's just nature to me. My room is spacious and very private. The breakfast was fantastic and had a lot of options.

My first time staying here, here in Thailand. When I asked how old it was, I was shocked, and I was told it was 5 years. The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The whole place is spotless. The hotel building's rooms are modern, tastefully arranged, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast is delicious and brunch is delicious. The gym had a well-equipped gym. The hotel building has modern architecture and comfortable furnishings. The gym looks equipped.
