Small guesthouse, run by a family, 8 rooms, clean, good quality construction, room size ok, no noise from other rooms not as in reviews of wood-frame guest houses. Toast, jam, escape, tea available, free. Free parking up the soi at no problem, 200 m. The room opposite the go is owned by another, private parking. Someone didn't like to pay for parking there, what's 60 baht anyway?

Highly recommended. An excellent value for a young, informed traveler. The hotel is small but tidy and practical. The room was nice, with a real hot shower. However, I don't speak English, but I will try extra to explain it. bus stop or big bus station 15 minutes walk away.

The Chiangkhanburi Loti is a guest house rather than a motel, and it is a lovely wooden structure. Visitors may unwind by relaxing by looking out onto a side street at the nice entrance with a few cushions and chairs. The location is excellent and offers the best amenities. By 600 a.m., the room is bathed in very bright daylight and has poor sleeping quality because of thin white drapes that let the sun in. In the hallway downstairs, the to is on from early in the morning with high acoustics and poor sound insulation, making it appear that a to is on in the bedrooms. Unfortunately, the restaurants have a poor menu for breakfast. However, I have a major complaint about safety. In case of fire, there is no effective route to leave, with the only exit being through a small door locked with a padlock on the outside, rather than using touch to open it from inside, which requires pressing tiny flaps inside the door to open. Even a mild fire safety inspection would unquestionably not pass. This location becomes a lifesaver in case of fire because it is located in a tightly packed neighborhood of ancient wooden houses without a single fire extinguisher on site.

We recently stayed at the Lotus Palace Hotel in the beautiful city of Loti for a photography tour. The manager of the hotel, Kun diva thong, and his staff were very professional, polite and quick with all our requests. A nice lighted park next to the hotel for exercise or relaxation. Very good. Stayed here for 4 nights, and it was very comfortable. It is located on a quiet street right off the street. The proprietors are very satisfied. Clean and comfortable rooms, all stations are Thai, no western channels. Free tea and coffee are available in the lobby. Breakfast is included, and you can choose from 3 local restaurants, it's basically a baht coupon to use at these restaurants to purchase noodles soup or egg pans.

The motel is new as expected, but the inside appears to be rather kitsch. Dark and shadowy with that odd decoration preference. The motel offers parking spaces, but there was no one to maintain them, so the space was really a parking lot. Because it is also a shared property, providing space for a monthly rental dormitory and hotel, the number of parking areas was just limited. The motel charged me in full a month in advance, despite the fact that it was stated on the booking site that I could pay later. Although it was relatively new, there was nothing in the space. It was small and there was no table or other luggage holder. The cloth hanging rack was pricey and bad. We had paid nearly a thousand baht for the room, perhaps at a peak season price, and nothing comforting in the room. So few for such a high price. If you remain here without a car, you wont go anywhere. It is very far from the city center, the closest eleven, and everything. The entrance was dark and disembodied. The air conditioner was broken. Anyway, the hotel offers a hearty breakfast with several menu options, but you must place your order the night before so that the hotel could prepare you a meal the moment you informed them. I might say that is a standard building. With this cost I spent and the isolation, I suggest

We reserved this accommodation during the week to attend a local event. Midweek, it costs just 500 baht. It's not far by car, and it takes just three minutes to drive to the city center. There is plenty of parking, very helpful personnel, and free coffee and biscuits available in the morning. The accommodations are excellent, with comfy beds, good WiFi, a hot shower, a good-seated toilet, excellent air conditioning, a fridge, and plenty of outlets. This place is, in our opinion, a superb spot to stay because of its excellent value. Just a few minutes to see local attractions include 7-11, restaurants, and the river and mountain view. Any local attractions will be directed by the welcoming personnel. We will undoubtedly return to this location in the future.

Room was spotless and very wide. Detailed amenities like shampoo, shower gel, and soap are provided. A refrigerator and hair dryer are also available. It's difficult to control the water temperature in the shower, and there is no plug next to the bed for quick phone charging. The juice provided for breakfast was nectar, such as added sugar. The chicken and chicken fried rice had a very dry flavor, breakfast needs some improvement to reach the fourstar hotel. There is no complimentary pickup service from the bus terminal or airport and no scooter or motorcycle rental. The guests should have their transportation on their own.

I recommend it. reasonable price 590 Baht per night. Room is clean, free wifi, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has free wifi. There are 2 bottles of water and 2 coffee cups for guest compliments. Parking and key card system is also available. The loti airport is just 7 minutes away.

The cleanliness of this room is much better than it is in the images. However, the resort is surrounded by nature, so some insects enter the room. There is enough space in the bathroom. Aircorn works well. The rooms are small with small clothes horses, fridges, and other amenities. Sockets above the bed for easy phone charging. Very friendly and helpful resort employees. To get free pickup from the bus station in Chiang Khan by minivan, you must contact the resort in advance. Rent a scooter for 200 per day. The resort is 5 am from the Chiang Kan walking street. It's within walking distance to kang's tourist attractions, but not far.

The location of this place is too far from our hotel, so we booked this for our driver. Then we went in to talk to them about it and got to meet krw tum. She was really nice and let us cancel our reservation. The facilities are large, clean and nice for your budget. The new building looks nice. I highly recommend and really appreciate krw tum's understanding and friendly attitude.

I stayed here for 2 nights after climbing the Kok Kradeung mountain. The room was spacious, the staff is courteous, and the breakfast is good. The only drawback is the high charge during the weekend when the place is almost empty.

The location is right next to the bus station. I'm satisfied with the good quality of the hotel, its complete facilities. The room, bathroom, and bed are spotless. At the receptionist, there are friendly people, and I didn't find any restaurant, however, I found plenty of options nearby. This hotel is very relaxing if you want to pass through.

Overall very good value for money. From PKK to China Khan. Currently a 2-car loti is being built and is in operation. I discovered the resort after asking once the sign was in Thai. The housekeeping was great and showed me the room. The air conditioning was clean and the fan was also great. Mini fridge is normal. Coffee is available in the meeting room 10 meters away.

The resort is surrounded by nature, so some insects entered the room. The bathroom has sufficient space. Aircorn works well. In the room, there are tiny horses, a fridge, and a wardrobe. Telephone charging sockets above the bed. The resort staff is very friendly and helpful. To receive a free pickup service from a minivan to the bus station in Chiang Khan, you must notify the resort in advance. Rent a scooter for 200 per day at 5. 5 am from the resort. Chiang Khan's walking street is a short stroll away.

We were so tired of swimming there, so we still didn't have our swimming lessons. And then, the room condition was great but with the old ones, too. Aside from that, they provide the swimming lesson to kids from the outside, and their teacher did not do it, they even provide them with short, non-sensible swimming lessons from outside, plus they only offer them for a short night.

I strongly suggest staying here for those on a budget. This hotel was reserved for our driver because of the remote location from the hotel. We arrived to speak with them about it, and we met Krw Tum who was so welcoming and let us cancel our reservation. From the outside, the facility is large, spotless, and convenient for your budget. The new structure looks interesting. Krw Tum was so understanding and friendly, and I appreciate her, and I would highly recommend it to everyone on a tight budget.
