Please let this review be a warning to others. Do not book with Quickstay under any circumstances. They say they offer a 5 star luxury, stress free stay. Here is a list of what we had to contend with (if it all fits!): Dirty/stained towels Lights / lamp didn’t work Exposed wires Exhaust fans didn’t work Washing machine filthy Dryer dirty Crockery and cutlery filthy Food left on cutlery Broken plates No dishwasher tablets/detergent Filth down side of washing machine Poor quality bed with springs sticking in back Old doonas that looked like they were picked up from a $2 shop Double/queen doona on king bed so didn’t cover bed Nowhere to put soap in shower Nowhere to put soap on vanity so was a mess after 3 days Previous tenants rubbish in cutlery drawer Nowhere to hang hand towels No plug for vanity just big hole so watch your valuables Mould in toothbrush holder Ratty mat Cheap dept store pillows Air con doesn’t work. Had to open windows to get some cool air One of the two toilets didn’t work Mis matched cutlery Cheap mismatched crockery Cleaners turning up before checkout to push us out the door I think that was it, but overall it was a completely miserable and stressful stay. Obviously they take your money upfront for a reason. Everything on their website is a lie except location

When I arrived, and checked in the apartment had not been cleaned and there was no working TV or WIFI, when I chased the property management they took 2 hours to respond only to be told that they could not get any cleaners out until the following day this was only 3pm (not the middle of the night). They offered another apartment and when I went to view this there was no electricity working and it was a one bed, not suitable for man to share a bed with his elderly mother. I called the management company again and they said there was nothing they could do and they just expected us to sleep in other people’s dirty sheets like this wasn’t a problem. They told me that they would resolve the issue the next day, I chased repeated times and was offered no resolution. I asked for compensation and was told that I would not be receiving anything. There was no apology and just horrible attitude from their staff and I was snapped at by one member of staff and was made to feel like this was my fault this had happened. I am appalled at how I was treated and I would strongly urge you to not book this apartment so you don't suffer in the same way we did.
