This hotel has a calm atmosphere. There is a comfortable room, an easy parking area, and the place is close to the boat. Thank you for your hospitality, and I hope you enjoy this stay, the next time.

Excellent value for the money hotel. Superb location near train station, just opposite the cuban docks. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The town is just a fifteen to twenty minute walk away and you're right by tram and buses anyway. Highly recommended.

Our reservation was for a family of three. Upon arriving, we found that the floor was wet with stains please see the attached photographs and that the ceiling lamp lacked a lampshade. The chair also had stains, poorly installed cables and paint on the closet. We were tired, only stayed one night and informed the staff about these issues the morning we departed. The staff informed me that theyd take care of these things and that was it. I submitted a review on the actor website, and it created a short standard apology. I just don't comprehend how you can rent out a room in a state like this, and why the quality assurance team of the actor accepts such subpar service. The hotel also has some major design flaws. At best, the hotel lobby is unwelcoming, especially when the front desk is closed. The elevator is tiny and only holds one person plus two large pieces of luggage. I understand that this is a nonscoprotected area, but if you cannot add a reasonably large elevator you have to provide staff to assist guests with their luggage to reach their rooms. According to employees, the hotel cannot have air conditioning due to its fresco status. Thats fine, but the balcony doors can only be completely closed or fully open. They were the only source of fresh air in our room. You cannot lift or arrest them in a partially

The area is not far from the tram station, supermarkets, and a few small restaurants, and there is a shared area too. The room is very clean and the comfy. The employees are very professional. The location is strategic, and there is free parking nearby.

They gave instructions to my husband, who at 10. 30 pm at night had to take apart the drain himself it looked as though it had never been cleaned, he said, as if it hadnt ever been cleaned, and physically unblock it with his bare hands and sweep it up with the towels in the room. Nasty. There was no room swap offered, and if he hadnt repaired it, the floor would have been covered in water all night the room below might have had it too! If booked directly, you will have to pay more for all add-ons towels, to, internet, and so on. Close to Ports in Le has a 15-minute easy stopover before beginning a long drive into France or an early return to the uk. Plenty of secure parking. Excellent breakfast for a reasonable price and provided by the hotel. But to cramped and tiny rooms, barely enough space to stand on the side of a double bed or twins. The bathroom included in the room is adequate, but resembles a caravan bathroom shower over the toilet and sink! This is fine, but the bathroom shower drain was clogged and the whole room was clogged, including under the mattresses and everything. Flooded reception couldn't help because they had issues with newly arrived guests.

I like the location in the center, but the room was fine, but also the bathroom needs updating. I seen some really nice room pictures on your site, but we were not given one. The breakfast was good but the room doesn't match the one you've shown.

First and foremost, the good things. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main square. The breakfast is simple but delicious. And the man who seemed to run the hotel was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. However, despite the claim of renovations in 2020, the rooms are worn out. My room smelled like sewerage, and the bathroom smelled strongly, but when I pointed it out to the front desk lady didn't seem to care. My friends had a variety of experiences, but none of them felt like they had a good room. For the ibis brand, it is a dismal experience.

The cost is affordable for the brief stay. Staff are very friendly and will assist if they can. But they don't speak english. Very small room. For restaurants, you have to go to the center, tram stop is near the hotel.

This hotel is located right in the center of the city. The beach is 15 minutes' walk away. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was plentiful. Although there is no private parking, there are a lot of places available on the avenue. It is free after 530 pm and on Sundays.
