I love the place! But the check in process was stressed me out. They didnt sent us the key code and we have to text tiket.com We have to wait untill 1 hour to get in. But the room is perfect! Clean, Spacious, comfort and if i have a chance to be back to Hakone, i would love to stay here again. With better check in proccess, please!

If you looking for Ryoukan aka traditional inn experience with onsen, try this one. The location is super close with primary bus station. Their breakfast and dinner are delicious, staff are helpful and friendly even with our language barrier. You'll get river view from your room. Perfect relaxing holiday.

We stay here for 2 nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is close to Goa station, and only a few minutes walk. There is a common room and a small kitchen. On the rooftop, we can gather to relax and chill. On the ground floor, there is also a recreation area. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. We hope to come back again.

Aku sangat menyesal menginap disini. Kami tiba di hotel ini sekitar jam 7 malam setelah mengunjungi gunung Fuji. Saat datang, aku masih belum sadar kalau pemandangan dan suasana di sekitar hotelnya indah banget. Baru kelihatan besok paginya karena kami tiba tepat waktu pas waktu makan malam. Setelah merapikan barangbarang ke kamar, kami langsung pergi makan. Konsep makan malam kami hari itu adalah fine dining yang lengkap banget dengan menu utamanya steak. Kamarnya super nyaman dan luas. Ada balkon pribadi dengan meja serta kursi kecil. Pemandangannya pepohonan yang menyegarkan mata. Di dalam kamar ada pemutar celana dalam dan CD yang berisi lagu instrumental seperti yang biasa dibawakan di siapa atau buat yoga. Keesokan harinya, baru kelihatan cantiknya. Pemannya danau dan gunungnya bagus banget layak lukisan. Disini juga ada fasilitas onsen bisa indoor maupun outdoor.

I definitely suggest this place. We stayed here for one night and the place was so clean. The staff were very kind and friendly. He gave us tips around the place and had very good English so we were happy to chat. The view from the roof deck is also great. They also have a poo table and table tennis set.

This is a wonderful location for a solo traveler without a lot of luggage. Although I'm not sure, I believe this is a backpacker. In my own room, I was the youngest guest. My accommodation was very cozy, overlooking a small gorge. The sound of flowing water was wonderful. The kitchen and dining room in the common area was fantastic. I enjoyed the warmer atmosphere outside. The employees were very helpful! They booked my taxi and assisted in taking my luggage up the stairs.

A very nice traditional roman. But as this was our first time seeing a Roman, we couldn't truly compare it to any other. From hakoneyumoto station, we traveled one stop on the beautiful touan railway to Tonosawa and then down the hill to the main road. As I anticipate, the roman staff was timid, friendly, and English-speaking. In the lobby, there was a gift shop, and our room was on the second floor. We reserved a room with a private entrance that overlooked the river. The room was extremely traditional, and we made our bed every night. For extra comfort, I suggest using 23 bed mats. The nearby river was quite noisy at night and took a bit to get used to. We fully committed to wearing yukatas during our time in the Roman, despite what it initially felt a little strange during breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a delicious shabu taste experience where you prepared vegetables and pork in a pot on the table. There were numerous tasting dishes and plates to experience full Japanese cuisine, but this was not ideal if you do not like fish. Also, I would advise keeping an eye on the pot to avoid burning. Overall, this is a lovely place.

The prices are expensive, but the staff is very friendly and they carry your luggage to your room. Dinner and breakfast are included, and a buffet is provided. They also have a great public bath indoor and outdoor.

One of the best vacation experiences I've ever had was staying at Gyokutei. Staying in a Roman is the finest way to experience Japanese hospitality. And gyokutei is one of the best Romans in Japan. You will adore seeing the scenery in front of the inn for the first time. You can't stop looking at the garden on the property if you enjoy nature and gardens. Our stay was decided by dinner served in the room. We frequented Japanese restaurants both inside and outside, but nothing like the kiseki meal that we got treated. They provide both public-onset and hot spring water 100 from a source in your room.

Our choice of traditional Japanese rooms is one that we booked for two nights. It is a good, spacious, tidy, and clean room with a private bathroom, shower, wifi, and is suitable for watching sumo wrestling. You are also given a traditional kata robe to wear, a hari, and slippers. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of Japanese and Western food choices, I was able to get a great picture of Mount Fuji. There is also a store selling various Japanese food items, there are also vending machines with food and drinks, due to it's strategic location it is far from a food shop, the closest is the local dawson, which is 5 minutes drive away, happy with the parking facilities. We'll return.

This hotel is close to the train station and the main town area but is located on a quiet street just a short distance from the main road. The hotel has 3 or 4 rooms on a couple of levels. It's so small that the reception is in a small cabin outside the entrance. The rooms were small, but the one I had was really no larger than a queen bed, everything was there, everything was new and everything was very clean and tidy.
