I heartily endorse this establishment for its welcoming staff, delicious cuisine prepared by the onsite Moroccan chef Samara, who literally puts her heart into making those couscous. I will always stay at this location for the night or for the evenings if I return to Fez. By the way, the medina is so close to my apartment that I can't imagine people passing by it. The setting is excellent for me because it's not so close to the medina, and I don't have anything to complain about hygiene. They cleaned my room in the morning, a little cleaner day bathroom, and then, as people left, they changed all the bedding and restored prestige. All of it goes to thank the funky fez staff, you were fantastic. Thank you for being a wonderful boat without an experienced crew, and best wishes and see you when I see you in San Francisco.

I spent almost a week in a nice enough hostel. Staff are mostly volunteers, which worked out well. There is a free breakfast every day, but you want to get there early as it tends to run out. There are a ton of seating areas to hang out, including a rooftop area with nice city views. There is free wifi which is mostly quick and of course is in the heart of the old town. It isn't too difficult to find either, but use maps. Me and you should be nice. My only real complaint is the lack of sockets, in one of the dorms there were 8 sockets, but only one of them worked. Could really use some wiring.

I will come here over the next few years - it is by far the best hotel in the area. This is the best hotel in Morocco to date. Excellent employees, delicious cuisine, and the ideal location, which is close to the market and nearby shops and restaurants. I've been to many restaurants in the past, but this one holds the crowds. The hotel's interior is stunning, with lovely, bright colors and an amazing aerial view from the terrace. The personnel are incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the food is the best I've ever had. You won't want to leave because the rooms are so comfortable and welcoming.

I stayed there for 2 days. My room was ready and clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet with many items. I liked it. They have a big garden with a nice pool. I took a fresh local bear in this garden and good chicken with vegetables and olives.

The bad thing about this hotel is that it has a noisy atmosphere all night and that disturbs us. This hotel can't provide a good breakfast and the rooms smell bad. I have to lock the elevator twice. They have good location and low price. Nevertheless, it's a nice place to visit, if you want to stay there.

Overall, I think it's a good place to sleep for a night or two, if you don't expect much. Low-cost lodging. Good location if you want to be in the new part of the city. Com bus station is close by. The hotel is a bit antiquated. There is a basic breakfast included in the price, but I wouldn't pay more. There was plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. There is a pool, but we didn't use it because we visited few on a rainy November day.

Then, I got a nice and comfortable night stay. And then, the welcome was very kind and fast, they gave me a room with a nice view of the train station. After that, they also served a delicious breakfast, and the personnel at the restaurant and bar were very helpful.

Our time at the hostel was good because the staff was helpful and friendly and the rooms were neat. They serve a delicious dinner so if you want to have a fire eat, this is what I suggest you to get. The patio is beautiful and has a fantastic view of Fes. They provide a nice shower with 2 pipes.

This place is not very great! It's not as advertised and there is no bar, and the pool is outside, not heated. Breakfast is basic and unprofitable, save money and go to the cafe. Very tidy, and some staff was pleasant. When we arrived in the evening, the receptionists were unafraid to help us and didn't reply to our requests for recommendations for restaurants. They said they were too busy when we waited for the taxi to leave, so they didn't make us a coffee while we were waiting for it. The hotel was largely deserted the entire time we were there. The pool is ideal for a summer vacation, and I believe the area would be better than the hustle and bustle of the Medina. I didn't check the air conditioning. There is no warmth in the winter, just extra blankets. It is ideal to walk to the sights in the cool of December, etc., but you must take a hike in the summer because it takes over half an hour to go faster. However, be cautious because some taxis will try it on, while others are lovely. Would we return? We are against it.

Excellent location at this hotel. This hotel has excellent sea view views, a bus stop in the old city is just outside the door, and there are many eateries and pubs within walking distance. The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel has two little beautiful beaches with truly cold water on the Mediterranean in September, just like the rest of Dubrovnik. The staff is incredibly helpful and polite. A room with sea view is definitely a plus. A fantastic place to stay in a ridiculously expensive Dubrovnik.

It's quite a solid hotel. I liked my dinner and the friendliness of the staff there. I like that it's close to the southeast side of the medina so that makes me don't have to walk through the labyrinth to see all the sights on the west side.

I got a very comfortable stay at the Ibis Hotel. The receptionist gave me a very nice room with a pool, so I can enjoy the view and there is no noise. And I have a drink in the bar. It was very nice and the waiter was so kind.

When compared to other Moroccan hotels, this place has an excellent breakfast, safe, clean, and convenient location, with a beautiful rooftop terrace for relaxing and enjoying the views. The staff is the best thing, they can be very helpful.
