On our way to the panama vacation resort, we only stayed here for one night. The hotel is close to everything, including the beach, the supermerced, the multiplaza mall, and the old panama uber ride. The beds and pillows are fantastic, the rooms are clean, spacious, and have laminate flooring, which we think is a great advantage over the carpet. It also has the Fontanella Restaurant, where youll have a really nice meal, and there is a free breakfast buffet, which is also well above average and offers a full bar open until 10 30 am, and Richie makes killer carajillos, which is the best part of all of this. On a weekday, youll have to spend approximately $100 for this level of hotel and amenities. Back home, youd spend three or four times as much.

I would return and have recommended it to friends. I spent this summer at the Central Park Hotel and liked the location, which is located in the El Dorado neighborhood of Panama City. Restaurants and shopping were nearby, and there was no need to feel uneasy. I received a room with a view of a structure from the staff, who was quite accommodating when I arrived. Since I would be there for a week, I was unimpressed. The receptionist offered to transfer me to a higher floor with a city perspective after I called the reception. It contained a refrigerator, microwave, and sink in the space. They did not have ice machines on every floor, which was the only drawback I have. I slept soundly and was quite comfortable on the bed. Free WiFi was available in the room, which was a little slow but adequate for my use. Eggs, fruit, yogurt, toast, etc. were available for breakfast, which was excellent. Allbrook, which was one of the largest I believe in panama city, was a short cab away, was within walking distance. Although I didnt gamble, there is a casino right outside the door. The casino is small and is under construction. The hotel was supposed to have a spa. The front desk informed me that it had closed but suggested another nearby spa.

This place is in a perfect location. The hotel is spotless and freshly renovated. The neighborhood is safe and has a variety of eateries, nightclubs, and malls nearby. The price is reasonable for the service that is provided. The free breakfast buffet in the hotel is great because it has lots of choices and doesn't have restrictions for doubles.

I appreciate the staff's attention to the details of the hotel's services. The room itself was pleasant with a queen bed. They don't explain the facilities when we arrive at the hotel.

The location is far from the subway and the only way to get out is by taxi and because there were concerns about the staff, you should invest more in customer service training, particularly for the reception staff. On the first morning Monday, the ladies in charge of the breakfast arrived late and the man at reception did nothing to fix the situation, thanks to an old man who, I believe, was in charge of the valet, he went out of his way and called the people and started coordinating everything, he is a leader, sadly, I forgot his name. The building is fine, and the rooms are good and comfortable.

The experience from staying at this hotel was amazingly satisfying. Very wonderful service, price, food, staff, location, and views are great. The food is wonderful, as is the location. Gif is downstairs, and the snack shop has delicious cheesecake and cookies. The pool was nice, and the atmosphere was peaceful and the views were spectacular.

Very nice city hotel large pleasant room. beautiful pool disappointing that they did not utilize the views over the canal nor a roof terrace to view it. Breakfast room was dismal in terms of view but good food lots of choice given the location I guess only the front facing very expensive rooms or suites get the view the surrounding area very quiet. Nowhere open to eat in walking distance so we had to eat both nights at the attached pub sports bar Friday food was ok but very American fast food and it was on the side of the hotel. With the possible view over the canal and the famous bridge of the Pan American highway. I was disappointed to only see it from the swimming pool! it was nice to swim under the small bridge in the pool and catch a glimpse of the big one! disappointingly there seemed to be only a tatty footpath going on the canal side. I think a marketing opportunity is missing. I expected to eat out on the water. The canal and bridge. My photo of the boats zoomed in through trees room was spotless. Nice fridge bottled water etc balcony looked over the hotel entrance but the hills beyond. Rooms at the front looked spectacular. Our tour company didn't book them! Wonder why?

This hotel is very well located near multiplaza mall, restaurants, and highway to Costa Del Este. Service is very good, rooms are clean and very nice depending on location you might hear some noise. Breakfast is included and a very good one.

I booked 3 nights here and it was wonderful. Very large rooms and best cleaning. Keisha at the receptionist was very helpful with accurate information and the rest of the staff was always there to help. We will certainly stay here again.

I spent 5 days at this hotel with my friends and it was fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is strategically located near an upscale nightlife, restaurants, bars, etc. The breakfast that was included was really tasty. The staff is fantastic! The friendliest people you will ever meet, not just in the hotel but in all of Panama. Five stars!.

The location is good, the vicinity has many shopping and dining options. The hotel is good, the bed quality and shower quality, as well as the breakfast and service. I will stay there again.

The location was very strategic, with views of the Causeway and Old Town. Good breakfast with a good family atmosphere. The kids really like the pool. Also, there are many activities on weekends.
