It was peaceful and secluded and secluded, with photo opportunist seekers. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean with a balcony with scenic views of pool and mountain range. The bathroom had enough room for a shower for 2. The pool at the hotel is deep aft, and on my visit it was clean. The only negative thing is that the hotel is a bit of a journey to the main road, with pickle apps suggested.

The staff is humble and help to make your stay comfortable. The location is a bit out of the way but very peaceful location to enjoy your journey. Breakfast was served in an artistic manner. Parking is small and can only be used for one vehicle. However, there is plenty of space outside the hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was great, the staff were friendly, we got a great swimming pool with a gorgeous garden. It's a very comfortable and relaxed place to spend the day. The room was very spacious with a clean and comfortable design. The internet connection was also great. Everything we needed was very reasonable.

The employees were friendly and helpful. Our family room was clean and comfy, and although the soundproofing wasn't great, other guests were quiet families, so we had no problems sleeping. A bit outside of the town center, no walk, but only 1015 minutes in a tutu. The gardens are beautiful. The pool is a decent size, with a normal rectangle shape, and well maintained. The cuisine was great and obviously prepared with great care. So why did I give it just an average score? The food selection is very limited there is no menu it is just fruit and pancakes for breakfast, and the evening meal is simply rice and curry. The room facilities are basic, there was no to, there was aircorn only in one of the two bedrooms, and no refrigerator in the room the staff were happy to put some of our items into their main fridge to keep cool, but that's not the ideal situation. The room lighting was stark, bright white rather than warm white bulbs and no bedside lights. The wifi was teethgrindingly slow on the first day, but it got better on the second day. The clove garden wifi does not reach as far as the pool, and when I asked for a password for the much closer sweet cinnamon network the same owner as the clove garden, I was told that I wasn't allowed to access their wifi how bizarre. As part of a tour organized by our company, we chose to stay in this villa. This is a great place to spend your holiday, particularly if you come from a busy city. Because wherever you look, you will see mountains full of trees. Everyone in our group had a nice time in this villa. Service was good, food was good, but it took a long time to prepare. So it's better to order a little earlier. There was always a staff member to help us if we needed anything. The staff was very nice and helpful. Several tips on what to do came in handy. Because ours was a group of mixed nationals from Europe and Sri lanka. Transportation to this place was a bit of a problem, but the guest relations manager was kind enough to pick some of us from our hotel in combination.

We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to relax. What a stunning view and a wonderful location to enjoy the mountain view. The room was very clean and comfy. Star class amenities our breakfast was served to the top terrace. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the pallekele cricket stadium, so I felt no problem walking away. Nice, spacious rooms, quiet location, delicious breakfasts and customer service can't be beaten. There were a few small issues, but nothing was not quickly fixed. Also note that the application listing states that credit cards are accepted, but cash was required to pay the bill, which is not uncommon anywhere in Sri Lanka.

In the midst of our journey to ella, we spent two nights here. The entire crew was amazing, incredibly friendly, and helpful. The food was unbelievably delicious, and you should have dinner here while you were there. The lodging was neat and tidy and equipped with everything you required. Although a fridge and safe would be handy but not necessary, the apartment was spotless and wellkept. I would suggest this location. The grounds were gorgeous. It was wonderful to swim in the morning. It's a little bit of a walk to town, but sincerely, if you need to go anywhere, you just receive a tub. Better to get away from the bustle of everyday life. They gave us a fantastic driver indu to transport us around for the day and to Nara Eliza, which was very safe and brought us to great locations at a fair price. Thank you for your assistance.

We visited the clove garden as a family in September and had a great time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They met all our requirements, we had specific dietary requirements that they were very mindful of. I would say the staff went above and beyond their call of duty. The hotel is in a well maintained garden surrounded by nature. Lots of interesting flora and fauna. A great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city of handy. Would definitely return.

It's hard to choose this hotel if you're looking for a big five-star hotel. However, if you're searching for a roomy room in a colonial house in the middle of the jungle with a beautiful pool, friendly staff, and good food, this is the best choice! It's simple and small but well taken care of!.

We had a hot water heater problem, but it was quickly fixed. The hotel itself is very new and clean. The hotel staff was great, and even the breakfast was good.

We will definitely return to this place. This place is quiet with beautiful mountain views. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and very friendly. The room was spacious and clean, the food in the restaurant was delicious and nicely presented, and I received excellent service. The best boutique in handy. Grate value for the price.

We had a fantastic day there. What a kind staff they provided and warmly welcomed us. The view is breathtaking. Wow, it's a panorama. Hills and mountains, I actually felt like I was in the Havean because of how awesome it is. The meals were really good. The rooms were spotless and clean. I particularly enjoy that unique structure. That was the ideal location for a candle-lit evening dinner as well as a wonderfully romantic spot for a couple to stay for a night. Thank you sky pavilion. We'll be back soon!.
