The hotel is 7 minutes' walk from Hashiri Bus Station and 5 minutes from Shiva Beach. If you take a bus to the hotel, be aware that there are some hill walks, which may be challenging if you have big luggage. The elevator in my premium king room is provided. The room was very roomy and cozy. The lounge area has a nice view of the beach and has a floor-level public elevator. A good selection is provided for the brunch buffet. Although the restaurant personnel could scarcely speak English very well, the lobby personnel could do so in-house.

The most lovely experience all around. The staff goes above and beyond to be friendly and communicate. The ocean view is amazing and the beginning is one of a kind indescribably beautiful.

The hot spring in the hotel on the top floor was a big plus! My family got one correct with points as an impulsive decision, it turned out to be so good that we stayed 3 more nights. The room with tatami provides enough sleep space for four people, with a great view of the beach right out the window. The stuff was friendly enough to provide us enough breakfast and dinner coupons.

We stayed 2 nights and loved the spa! It has panoramic views of the ocean and at sunset the view just blows your mind! Nice size rooms, well equipped and proper western beds. The outdoor pool is not deep but perfect for swimming a few lanes.

I love this hotel. The staff were very helpful in finding restaurants in the city, including a car that they used to transport us around town, and we arrived accidentally a day early, but they were very upset and prepared a room for us. The only thing I could worry about was that there was no guest wifi, so I would recommend a pocket wifi for your stay. Among the top hotels Ive ever stayed in on the beach, this is one of the best. The rooms are big and clean, and the private hot spring bath on the balcony is great. You dont have to worry about sharing your bathroom with others because the bathing areas on the bif are only for personal use. Excellent if you are shy and have tattoos. Though the hotel is on a fairly steep backroad, it wasnt difficult to find. There is a lot of parking. The staff are quite helpful when searching for restaurants in town, and they also have a car which they use to transport you anywhere you want to go. We arrived a day early by mistake, but they were relieved and prepared our room for us. My only worry was that there was no guest wifi, so I would recommend a pocket wifi for your stay. Overall a fantastic hotel with excellent employees and a fantastic view. 55 13! Wifi!.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants peace and quiet. We stayed with family for two days. The name of this hotel refers to the pool in the spa with the best view. The pool outside is also great. In the evening there is not much to do in the hotel, not the best place for children! The tennis court was in bad shape and clearly not used for a long time.

We spent three nights here as a town retreat to be able to unwind and soak up the sun. Although the hotel has two large open areas, you cannot use them with togs on, which was a concern for us because we weren't prepared to do so. However, the shoreline was a sanctuary, making up for it. This hotel is not directly on the shoreline, but rather on the shoreline. Even if you don't, you should be prepared to pay the 150 yen per person per night tax to use the hotel's onset in case you don't. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop to the torture market, which is very handy for four of us with our bags. For around 1800 yen, it was comparable to the cost of 340 yen per person and much more suited for 4 of us carrying our luggage to take a cab from Shirama station to this hotel. Because we didn't purchase the package, we went out for dinner, and had our own breakfast and lunch at a supermarket near Daisy, which was so close by. The sizable Hilton Key Terrace, the one across the street from our hillside, would be my choice for a hotel in this location again. We took a cab from management and had a tough time telling the five cab drivers our destination. Aside from being around the busy shore, we were happy to be away from the main beach. Our ocean view room was lovely with a great balcony where we could sit, sip tea, and enjoy the views and nightly fireworks! Two giggles. First of all, there were no hooks in the bathroom, so no place to hang the robe or towel. Second, wifi was poor, we needed a booster device to get decent coverage. Breakfast was excellent, mostly Japanese food, which was fine with a few pastries if we wanted a break. We have stayed in similar hotels, not cheap! That provided a chef making omelettes on request. The pool was disappointing. We had to sit on chairs because it was not too long and there were no lounges! And there was not much shade outside, making it not very inviting. Every day I went to the modest gym, and even though the equipment was decent, it would have been nice to have water and maybe music while exercising. The personnel was excellent, which was positive. Only a couple spoke English, Thank you choi and thee ho, but everyone was polite and friendly toward us. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony of the main lounge with a gin and tonic and taking in the afternoon sun

Most wonderful places to visit in Japan. We recently toured Japan for three weeks on a business trip and musashi Roman was one of the best places we have ever seen. The location is excellent, the bus stop is directly in front of the hotel, and the beach is only a short walk away. The employees here were friendly and helpful, and especially my. Yoshino, who was quick to assist us with anything we needed. I appreciate him for always having our smile on my face and his assistance. He is also well versed in all regions and is well versed in the entire area. He can provide all our inquiries. We have a wonderful breakfast buffet that includes a variety of food of both Western and Japanese varieties. The bus stop was just in front of the hotel, and the beach was only a short walk away. All the great sightseeing places are well within walking distance. We went there longer than anticipated, and we will return. Highly advised for travelers looking for relaxing and enjoyable vacations.

The reviews in this place are mixed, with a few really bad ones. I'm curious whether those polite reviewers knew what they were getting into? This isn't the four seasons or Mandarin Oriental, it is a traditional, local small town onset. If you like that, youll enjoy this place, but if you expect more, youll be grouchy the entire time. It took me a few trips to a local onset property like this to learn how it all worked and what to expect, and this one turned out to be a memorable few days for my wife, daughter, and I. The reason we came is because it is in a small town with the major attraction of Adventure World. When you enter, you feel like you are entering the 1970 s everything is a touch old but character and clean. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The rooms do have a somewhat stuffy and dusty feel, but they are quite clean, traditional. Our room had a nice traditional japanese bed set out in the evenings, but we didn't care. After exploring world, we went there to unwind and take in the coming days. We were in the room when we were there, and it had a wonderful traditional japanese bed that was provided in the evenings. We made the choice to visit Shirahama for a strong visit while in Osaka. Without considering the surroundings' superior rates or hotel amenities too much, we swiftly reserved a room on the train. After the transaction, we paid twice as much, which we quickly purchased from another website for two adults. Due to our impossibility to cancel, we are still unsure of the final amount, and the English was the worst yet. We were given a traditional Japanese room that included two futons. Great clean, but not the best sleep. We have lighter camping mats that offer more comfort, but those are the tattered and light-comfy ones. The balcony had a foot bath and a bath. That entails a pine box, which continuously flows hot mineral water. Unaccustomed to the amount of scale and mineral buildup, I hadn't seen this before. A little creepy. The basement had a large opening and a shower area. The proprietor took us down and instructed us to use one of the two rooms for ourselves and lock the door while we are there for privacy. That was a fun and funny experience. Take a taxi about halfway up a very steep hill! If you can communicate effectively, they have a shuttle that will pick you up drop off. After supper, we were walking back up the hill, and the driver noticed

We stayed in a large and clean tatami room. It is also conveniently located at the bus station directly outside the hotel and only a 3 minute walk from the beach. The communal hot springs are free, but you can pay extra for private access. There is a buffet dinner and breakfast with a variety of options. It's a cozy hotel.

We walked up the hill with our carryon suitcases and a staff member ran to take them from us to help. Since we only speak English, every employee was polite and truly made an effort. The room was spacious with an opening in the room and a wonderful sea view. It was tidy and has plenty of amenities. The bed was really comfortable and the window opened for fresh air. The restaurant was fantastic with excellent service and the food out of this world. My daughter in law had the fish and loved it, I had the beef, and it dissolves in my mouth and is very tender. We only stayed 2 nights and wanted to stay much longer. We adored it, from the kind staff to the amazing room we never wanted to leave.

I will return if I visit Wakayama. This hotel is good for family travelers because it appears to be popular because of the high number of guests. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is an upgrade to a room with an ocean view. In the lounge, snacks and hot meals are provided in the evening. Breakfast has a good choice of local and western cuisines.
