Our choice was to eat and take the train in zermatt as cars are not permitted there. This hotel has underground parking for free right next to the station. We never heard a sound because the room was large, and there was a bathroom, after all the hotels we've stayed in had showers. Although the station was literally right next to it, trains leave zermatt every 20 minutes, and the room overlooked the railroad. The triple glazing works admirably. Even though there is no air conditioning or a fan in the room, I was disappointed that we baked overnight because there was no air conditioning or fans in the room. There was a kettle and cups, but there was no tea or coffee, etc., so it was useless to have them in the room. The breakfast selection was decent, including cold cuts, bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, jams, fruit, cereals, and other items. I would recommend staying here because it was so convenient because the train takes only 10 minutes into zermatt and runs until midnight.

This hotel is near the Zermatt train stop. Unfortunately, there was no tea or coffee provided. However, you can't accommodate yourself better in this hotel. The rooms have a 3-star rating, a kettle, and complimentary water in the room. The cleanliness of the room is good, and it comes with a small balcony. We were able to park our car until the evening because there is a parking area close to the reception. The place has very nice personnel. The location is right next to the railway station.

The room has an unpleasant smell, likely due to the old carpet. Also, no refrigerator, toiletries, shower cap, slippers, and no coffee in the room.

I will not hesitate to come back here. This lovely hotel is close to the Matterhorn terminal and the train station. The rooms are very big and tidy. Breakfast is also provided free of charge. There is also a great restaurant in the lobby that we went to for delicious dinners.

Excellent location next to Matterhorn Terminal. 2 minutes walk to the front desk from the train. Clean, comfortable rooms with private bathrooms. Friendly staff. Restaurants nearby and a small grocery across the street. Our parking cost 10 euros per day.
