I strongly advise anyone looking for a boutique hotel experience in Verna to stay at the Grand Hotel London. The Grand Hotel London is located in the tranquil Masla side street, directly across from the main shopping thoroughfare kenyan Borisi. The architecture inside and out is lovely, a genuine period piece evoking the Belle Porque. We were given a lovely suite, and the staff was more than happy to serve us. Unfortunately the restaurant was temporarily closed, but we intend to stay there again in the future. The service at breakfast was excellent and delicious.

This hotel is in the city center. The atmosphere is very upscale and in a very good old atmosphere. The staff are kind and helpful. And then, they served a very delicious and cosy breakfast. And then, they were so affordable, they only pay for it once. The one downside part is I didn't manage to get my laptop to work because it was just a bluescreen.

The grand hotel in London was the perfect place for me to stay while exploring Verna. Too often, I confine myself to standard, opulent chains like Marriott and Hayatt. Sometimes, travelers simply need to step out of their comfort zone and treat themselves to the hospitality and real charm found in locally owned and operated hotels. I had no regrets here, and I give the grand hotel my highest recommendation for lodging in Verna. Read my own unique insights, and the employees transformed an alreadyoutstanding experience into an entirely worldclass one. From the warm and welcoming welcome at the sly beginning of the morning, to the gracious accommodation of my electric wheelchair despite inadequate accessibility facilities to the permission to use a private elevator to reduce the amount I had to walk to the wonderful breakfast attendants. Everyone was just so friendly. but not obsessive, which would not be as appreciated. The service was perfect. Thank you! The accommodations were very charming, cute, and shabby. Contrary to some hotels that allow historical to equal poor maintenance, such was not the case here. Wifi was free, and breakfast was perhaps included in some nightly rates. Regardless having such a central location in the city, I could not hear anything from the outside or the kitchen to give me before bed. Which isn't going to make me feel satisfied, but I want to share it with other people

We stayed here for business meetings, primarily because the location is strategic and close to the sea garden in the residential area of Chaka, with the comfortable meeting rooms, and the excellent services and affordable prices. Although I'm from Verna, I'm unable to review the hotel rooms, but no complaints from my colleagues. The service here is very satisfactory.

Worth every penny. Parking is available, reserve a place in advance, amazing restaurant open 247. Pool, wellness access and gym included in the stay. Laundry service, courteous and helpful staff and amazing breakfast. Highly recommended.

Basic services but clean. In a very nice environment full of green with a spacious outdoor pool. The decoration is old. The cuisine is not so good. Near the city centre 5 min but taxi. Nice and friendly people.

It's been our favorite hotel in Verna for some time. Our housemates and I have been staying here consistently for some time, and it's now our new home here in Verna. The location is ideal. The staff is outstanding, and they have secure underground parking that I advise you to use with the new parking restrictions bleu zone in Verna. The breakfast is among the best I've had in Verna. If you have the time, the spa is worth a visit. The rooms are fantastic.

The hotel made us feel welcome once more and again. In my room, were balloons, flowers, and a card. What a lovely way to start my birthday celebration. Before going out for a meal in the evening, we spent some time in the spa. We had a wonderful breakfast buffet the following morning. We had a breathtaking view of the black sea and the room was cozy and roomy. Our floor also has a shared balcony where we could relax and take in the scenery.

The check-in process was really quick, especially when we got there at 1.30, and the staff was so friendly. But, the breakfast had so much fresh fruit and was well sufficient to make our nights rest soundly. The location is a challenge to drive to at night because it's on narrow streets with small signs and out of town, which is both good and bad.

I will stay at this amazing hotel again. I was very satisfied when I returned to this wonderful hotel. Quality service, friendly staff, cleanliness everywhere, and a delicious breakfast. Superb reserved rooms, very large, modern furnished, great view of the black sea, were located on the ground level.
