The ski rental service and the main gondola up the mountain are located directly across from each other. Sisko Village, a collection of a few buildings with three restaurants, a coffee shop, and three retail establishments, are nearby. As far as we could tell, the eateries had been shut down, and the tiny supermarket had less to offer than the hilton hotel store. The huge lobby hall's receptionist was welcoming and effective, but we didn't believe that our luggage would arrive in our room in any reasonable amount of time since there was so much luggage already there, so we took them with us. There is a king-size bed, two chairs, and a dressing table, and the room is big enough. The toilet and bath are separate in the room. I'm not a seat or chair at this table. While the view is good to the eyes, music is not so good for the ears. Predominately, the wifi is fairly unreliable. Although not for a reasonable price, the cuisine is fantastic and worthwhile. In order to protect the planet, only the room is made up on request with the light behind the door. Besides that, I am not sure how cleaning saves anything other than the hotel's budget. The hotel has the typical japanese setting. Both inside and outside, men and women are permitted to use a pool of natural mineral

I spent three nights here. serene ambiance. Excellent, spotless brunch is available in the morning. There are two available in the tiny indoor and outdoor onsets. A smoking area is close to the relaxation area. The resting area has two massage chairs and a children's corner. There is also a board game in the relaxation area. The onset is closed twice a week for cleaning. So check with them. Onset can be used in 241. The main entryway will be locked at those hours. And there is a fee of 150 yen per person per day for bathing commencement. A charge applies on the day of check out. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. Several of them use English well, while others simply nods most of the time.

This place is very good overall. There could have been more room for the drying room and ski and boot storage. We miss the nice Japanese hospitality as well, the staff are friendly and the room is clean but we felt like we were welcomed by a list of rules rather than the nice hospitality we had received elsewhere. In room facilities were fantastic.

kamar dan semuanya oke, cuma pihak dari tiket.com saja yg salah kamar tulisnya mountain view pas di checkout ga ada tulis mountain view, udah konfirmasi ke CS nya katanya ini mountain view. alhasil pas check in ga dapat yg mountain view, kacau banget sih tiket.com yang sesimple gini aja bisa salah. lain kali mesti pastiin lagi kalo mau beli harus pada saat payment ada tulis mountain view, untuk review hotel bintang 5, kualitas layanan tiket.com bintang 1

The outdoor experience was great, the room was big with a balcony and an enormous hot tub. The spring water is reputed to be a good substitute for for the skin. Even during lunchtime, you can order delicious lunch for an additional 100 yen. And they have pork, which is grown on their own farm. Plus, there's a waiting room and a play area for the kids.

Hotelnya bagus terutama untuk kamar luas ruangannya. Lokasinya agak kurang strategis karena lumayan jauh untuk mencapai lokasi sekitar dengan jalan kaki. Pemandangan dari jendela kamar untuk meluas kamar sangat bagus.

The inside is not much, but the exterior is relaxing, surrounded by boulders and snow atop them. The water is hot and leaves you feeling soft, no sulfur smell. 100 yen for the start, 200 yen for the towel rental bring your own, locker 100 yen

I have great experiences of skiing while staying at this hotel, including one of the best ski holidays I have ever experienced, including one of my favorite ski days. The location is not far from the ski resort, even though it's under construction and also the staff are very friendly. The breakfast and food are very good, plus there are in-house amenities, which allows you to unwind after a hard day of skiing. They have a good restaurant for supper and a free shuttle to the slopes.
