This villa doesn’t look like it did when advertised. It is unloved and tatty. It could be such a lovely villa if only it was shown some love. People are sold on aesthetics. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are adequate. Lots of storage. One of the air conditioning units didn’t work, nor did the light. The maintenance crew came the following day and fixed the AC and also the broken swing seat rope. Downstairs bedroom had no wardrobe. Could have shared the ones upstairs but there were no hangers. Due to lack of storage space we had to live out of our suitcases for the week. Not pleasant. Kitchen, only knives and forks for 3 people! We asked if we could be provided for 5 of us and they did drop some off the next day. Mugs - if you like a tea/coffee from a mug - pack your own! Bathroom - toilet seat hanging off. Tile grouting grubby. Seating - no chairs at the upstairs table, but you can stand up there and watch the sunset. Shame there wasn’t anywhere to sit despite having a table! Pool - I think it looked worse than it was. The ‘mosaic tiling’ is Lino and has not survived well with the usage and lack of maintenance. It looks filthy. The pool light is broken and hanging off, they had no desire to fix it. They said they would have to drain the pool. From experience, this is not true. There was no filter cover on the bottom of the pool but told that’s the same as all Cypriot pools. Woodwork, fixtures and fittings around the pool broken, flaking and in complete disrepair. Bbq broken.

-The place was not very clean and hadn't been aired out in a while. -One of the two tables was broken and hadn't been replaced. -The wifi password we got in the message did not work. -The listing says it's 3 bedrooms but what they did was just put a bed in the living room and call that a bedroom. That means there's no living room or a couch if you want to sit inside. -The outside area was pretty nice.
