This hotel is ideal for a family stay. The rooms have kitchen facilities and is situated right on the side of lake Annecy with a lovely private swimming area where you can hire paddle boards and boats. The views that are to die for. I would advise though you skip breakfast its pretty much self service in a hot stuffy room I don't think its worth it.

hotel très agréable, le personnel aussi. Espaces verts très bien entretenus. Seul bémol de notre séjour: le linge de toilette. Une seule grande serviette de bain pour 4 personnes c'était un peu juste!

Excellent location although car required, Charmonix within day trip distance. We were upgraded to two bedroom suite which was very comfortable for family of four, with excellent views of lake and chateau. Room clean and well decorated. Resturante attached overpriced for fairly pedestrian food but good service and fantastic setting. Could improve by extending wifi beyond albeit nice reception area to rooms.

This is a small hotel sited mid-Lake Annecy. We were in a "mini apartment". When we booked we were a bit concerned about the bed as it was a pull-out couch conversion - not a problem, very comfortable. The hotel has a private beach and has imported sand to make it more enjoyable for children. The staff are very helpful and efficient. There are lots of good restaurants near by. However you really need a car to enjoy all that the area has to offer.

Hôtel très bien situé sur le lac : notre studio (215) donnait sur le lac avec une vue magnifique. La décoration et les extérieurs sont agréables. La résidence est bien insonorisée. Seul bémol pour les studios, la vmc de la cuisine qui oblige à dormir avec des boules quies. Concernant le jacuzzi extérieur, il serait bien que les horaires soient élargis ou qu'on puisse le réserver. On a voulu tester le sauna un matin de pluie et bien que l'espace sauna soit très bien aménagé et propre, le sauna n'était pas assez chaud. Enfin, dommage que le petit déj' soit à 12 euros, on n'en a pas profité.

Hormis une remarque désagréable d'un client <<écervelé>> à mon égard de type (On vous amène le soleil) faisant référence à mon origine ethnique lors de règlement de compte à la réception et surtout la complicité de la réceptionniste quant à cette remarque gratuite, je ne trouve rien à redire p/r à la situation et le confort de cette hôtel. idéalement placé pour visiter des sites telles que : Semnoze, Annecy, Chamonix, la Cluzas et Evian-les-bains. je le conseille pour les familles désireuses de calme et sérénité. le service est à la hauteur les deux réceptionnistes (outre celle mentionnée) sont très à l'écoute et répondent au moindre sollicitation. Vous n'aurez aucun regrets après votre séjour et peut-être vous croiseriez le comique de répétition.

Beware it is not a Hotel, and a Touristic residence. You will sleep in a sofa and will have to take and sort your trash out in the street. Reception will close everyday at 7pm. No more internet after reception closure, as wifi is only at reception premises. All 3 nights I spent there, I could not connect my apple devices, Ipad, Iphone or mac book pro to the web! If you need a webless vacation I recommend, overall, the "kichennet" works fine.

Dette hotellet har visstnok 4 stjerner, men det er vanskelig å forstå hvorfor. Rommene er trange og overmøblerte, slik det ofte er i Frankrike. Betjeningen er streng og korrekt, men ikke særlig vennlig. Man bør ha bil (og det hadde vi) for å komme seg inn til Annecy, og på selve hotellet og i dets omgivelser, er det lite å foreta seg.

place was advertised as 4 star... it is not. had mold on shower surround; no wireless in ROOMS! Weak breakfast, rushed staff, closed half the time to assist. 2 star place and 2 star services. Good restuarant adjacent to place. Great view and setting.

nous avans été trés déçu , le jaccuzzi ne fonctionnait pas et ce n était pas dit sur le site et a mon gout un peu cher pour dormir sur un canapé !!

Molto maleducata la persona che si definisce "capo" all'interno del campeggio. Gli abbiamo lasciato in custodia il carrello del gommone e ce lo ha riconsegnato con un danno di almeno 300 euro. Non ha voluto contattare assicurazione dicendo che non potevamo essere certi che il danno fosse stato fatto da loro. Unica risposta è stata di non ritornare più al suo campeggio. Non c'era bisogno c'è lo dicesse lui. Sconsigliatissimo

The sheets on the bed were the only clean item. Everything else was absolutely filthy. The rooms are tiny, not much bigger than the bed. The furniture is cheap. The staff were nice!

Le prix de la chambre ne refflette pas du tout la gamme d'un hotel XXX, j'ai était trés décus de la chambre un canapé en guise de lit, une chambre froide en arrivant, vous ne captez même pas la sixiéme chaîne. J'ai l'habitude de descendre dans des XXX, mais chez vous c'est la derniére fois.Dommage car la vue est magnifique.
