Three-bedroom apartments have a great wifi connection, and are very roomy, spotless, and cozy. There is a heated pool, a hot tub, and a huge gym. Breakfast was okay although an omelet would have cost more and sometimes required a long time to be served. During our stay, we also did not get hot water.

My husband and I traveled to San Jose, mainly for dental work. The Villas del Rio were centrally located, and the price was right. Little did we know that our stay would be such a pleasant experience in many ways. First off, the staff were very friendly. They went out of their way to not only make you feel at ease, but they were also quick to address any concerns you had about the property. The receptionist staff, particularly eunice, who was such a treasure, were very helpful in providing information on things to do and places to eat in the nearby area. Our breakfast employees were also very accommodating and friendly. Good, simple meals and delicious coffee! Villas is a great location. Walking to nearby restaurants is really secure. Uber was always available and the best way to get around. From downtown San Jose by Uber, it was an easy ride. There are many day trips to discover the more interior parts of or. Overall, a great place to stay. Pools, a hot tub that was operational the entire time we were there, and a nicely divided apartment with everything you needed to cook your own food if you choose. I would most certainly choose to stay here again. Muchos gracias.

This is a great location if position is vital. Nearly everything in the escape suburb, including hospitals, is near by. But if you are looking for a safe and comfortable apartment, go somewhere else. The dark and damp apartment had broken windows, no ventilation or fans, and very few kitchen tools. The shower was functional and had hot water. We live in the United States, so we know there are better aparthotel alternatives in the neighborhood. It was our first visit to Villas del Rio and was rather disappointing.

We are leaving from another area in Costa Rich and had already checked out, so they emptied the van for us as it was fully loaded with stuff etc. After that, they changed the tire for us, so we could be on our way swiftly! This service is what I call exceptional. They directed us to an automobile pits nearby where Javier, the manager, immediately had the flat tire fixed and checked all the tires. At the hotel, it took about 15 minutes and another 15 minutes at the auto pit. We were on our way and made our next scheduled stop. I adore this place, these people, and this nation!. In San Jose, this place is a fantastic location to stay, and escape! The locals are extremely cordial and helpful. The pool and hot tub are great, and the facility is always kept clean! Eunice was pleasant and accommodating. We have stayed here three times and it never disappoints. This time, we had a flat tire. When two of the workers arrived and filled the tire using a generator. However, because we had a nail in the tire, the van was full of luggage, etc., as we were leaving for another destination in Costa Rich and had already checked out. The tire was replaced by them, so we could get on our way straight away! I call that service above and above. They showed us to a neighboring auto pits shop, where Ja

The hotel staff was really amazing. The front desk staff and the people in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful. The people you pass by were so friendly. When it came to cleaning, I think they were super-active. The room was clean, but there was a half bath directly outside the kitchen. There were a few problems with the wifi in the room that were resolved shortly after I reported it. Watch out for birds trying to enter the breakfast room.
