This is our second visit here before flying. Both experiences have been fantastic. Great accommodations, a delicious breakfast, and a really helpful and friendly host. I appreciate it. Quiet, a terrace with a view of a tiny valley. The hotel is located in a secure area close to the airport. It also has a shuttle service.

The hotel was awesome during my two weeks of journey from Guatemala. In total, I stayed in the royal palace hotel for four nights. It was a pleasant stay at the hotel, and every time I visit Guatemala City, I can't wait to check in again. The hotel is not only conveniently situated in the heart of cultural activity, with it's busy it Avenue, two basilicas, the palace, the cathedral, and the central plaza within 7 minutes' walk, but also worth it for itself. The rooms are tidy and roomy. The morning meal was plentiful and delicious, and on certain days, there was live music and marimba in the lobby as people began to dance during breakfast and lunch, and I could participate in a karaoke night at the bar and learn some interesting Latin music.

I will never stay here again, regrettably. I cannot express how wonderful the staff here was. They were charming, pleasant, and supportive. However, anyone remaining here must be aware of one major issue. The property is surrounded by a busy pedestrian and auto intersection, and is extremely noisy from 600 am to 1000 am. From 600 am to 1000 am, vehicles revving, and street vendors shouting loudly. This is not a place for relaxation and tranquility. Also, the nearby church Iglesia San Fransisco participates in the Guatemalans tradition of throwing bombs, or throwing fireworks for more than three hours as a call to prayer. It was a raucous, heartbreaking acoustic cacophony.

I didn't like the cleanliness of the room. The beds were comfy, and the breakfast was excellent. We slept comfortably with the windows open when we were in the room with a balcony overlooking the street. The room did not have air conditioning, but it wasn't really needed. Clean and well-stocked bathrooms. For communicating with the front desk, some Spanish is required, and the airport shuttle does not operate on Sundays.

The rooms are perfect and spotlessly clean. The room is huge and comfortable, it has a breathtaking view of the mountain, is quiet and incredibly close to the airport. The room was so nice with the cheap breakfast. The staff is very courteous. I will come back here again. I was unable to enter the neighborhood's security gate, which only listed the hotel's name and street address. But because I used my local phone, I called the business, and they sent me a street address with the number of address 2050 added to diagonal 26, along with the hotel name, and security let us in. I rolled my luggage to the locked door at the address and used the buzzer to push the buzzer. Nothing. I pushed the other buzzer with a person's name. Nothing. Buzzed again. Nothing. Luckily, I had my phone and called the hotel, where the offsite worker asked if I had pressed the buzzer and told them they would have the assistant open the door for me. A few minutes later, I was welcomed and led into the room, and there was no key. That was alright because the room was locked from the inside. I think that the hotel's staffing problem was in the background, and the pleasant, helpful, polite person helping was not a regular check-in person, making up for all of the above issues. I found a great deal online and decided to try it. Shuttle service included and very convenient. In a lovely residential area. Breakfast is $5 and great. Owners and staff excellent. Quiet, clean and close to everything. Can't beat the price. Will use it every time.

Located in a gated area just a few minutes' walk from the airport. The airport shuttle is provided by the hotel. The location was near the Guatemalan International Airport. I only spent one night here before returning home. The owner of this establishment appears to be the owner of the business. The building is not identified by the street as a hotel, so you must pay close attention to the address.

This is a small place! There is not much to see from the outside, but once inside, everything is there for you. A clean bed, a bathroom, a toilet, a sink, and other amenities. It also has WiFi and Netflix. It's in Zone 1, which is being reinvented. It is not the most excellent, but not the worst. The staff was quite pleasant. The airport is 15 minutes away. I would return here. Thanks for everything!.

Cockroaches in the room and lobby, someone's hair on the sheets. It is one of the cheapest places to stay in guatemala city so if you don't mind above it will work. Keep in mind that there is no reception so if you're late you can check the hours with the hotel.

We are repelled by a stomach bug, so I asked for a refund. The driver was in front of us to pick us up at the airport and spoke good English and was very friendly. Dinner was decent and affordable. Breakfast is included in the room rate as was the airport shuttle and our room was nice and clean. we wanted to see the historic district and the main market.

This is a comfortable, clean hotel with very good service. The bed was excellent and the shower was excellent. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious and you can request just fruit and toast. Our one issue was the recommendation that we don't go outside due to security concerns.

In the lobby, the lobby, and room, there are cockroaches. A person's hair on the sheets, is still there. It is one of the cheapest places to stay in Guatemala, so it's functional if you don't mind. But keep in mind that there is no reception, so in case of late arrival, please confirm the hour with the hotel.

This place is not the best. This place has good service because they are very friendly and hospitable. This place is located in the zone 1 of the new project.
