Resort yang oke untuk family vacation. Kelebihan utamanya pemandangan laut dan gunung yang bagus banget, serta suasana resort yang nyaman dengan, serta fasilitas yang sangat lengkap untuk anak-anak Kolam renangnya luas, area kids pool, playground, kids activities, dan akses ke pantai menjadi nilai plus untuk menikmati waktu bersama keluarga dengan menginap di hotel ini Kamar juga nyaman, luas, bersih, dan memiliki view yang luar biasa. Secara keseluruhan, fasilitas hotel sudah sangat baik dan menjadi salah satu resort terbaik di area Carita/Anyer Namun, masih ada beberapa hal yang dapat ditingkatkan, semisal kualitas pelayanan staff masih tidak baik, saya memberikan beberapa masukan tetapi staf cenderung resisten terhadap masukan dan banyak melakukan pembenaran, seperti yang saya alami pada saat check-in. Variasi serta kualitas breakfast juga masih dapat ditingkatkan karena belum sepenuhnya memberikan pengalaman premium hotel bintang 5. Selain itu, amenities kamar masih terasa cukup standar dibandingkan hotel bintang 5 lainnya, dan perlu perhatian lebih terhadap isu serangga (terutama tomcat) yang beberapa kali juga menjadi komplain oleh tamu lain. Parkiran juga menurut saya agak ribet karena tiap kali keluar harus ke lobi untuk mendapatkan free parkir (harusnya bisa dibuat 1x register saja). Overall, Mövenpick Resort Carita sebenarnya recommended untuk keluarga dengan anak-anak yang mencari tempat liburan dengan fasilitas lengkap, suasana nyaman, dan pemandangan laut yang indah. Dengan peningkatan pada pelayanan staff, food experience, dan perhatian terhadap detail kecil, hotel ini memiliki potensi menjadi salah satu resort terbaik di Anyer bahkan di Indonesia.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at Mövenpick Resort Carita Anyer, and in my opinion, this property definitely deserves its 5-star status. You can really feel the “resort” experience throughout the property. From the spacious and impressive lobby to the large, bright, and well-maintained parking area, the hotel gives a great first impression. The room was also very comfortable and beautifully designed. However, there are a few small things that could be improved. The bathroom has both a bathtub and shower area, but the shower floor seems a little too flat, which makes it easy for water to spread outside and leave the bathroom wet and messy. This could also become slippery, especially for children and elderly guests. I would also suggest adding safety handles or grab bars around the shower/bathtub area. A resort like this should be comfortable and accessible for elderly guests as well, especially those who may have difficulty standing, sitting, or walking. There were no major issues with the bedroom itself. However, perhaps due to the resort's natural surroundings and unpredictable weather, we noticed some small insects, including tomcats, coming into the room from the balcony. It might be worth considering an additional screen, barrier, or another solution to prevent insects from entering, especially for families travelling with young children. As for the beach and swimming pools—no complaints at all! Both areas were beautiful, enjoyable, and perfect for spending time with family. They were definitely among the highlights of the resort. A small suggestion for the gym would be to add more equipment, especially treadmills. More TVs or entertainment would also be a nice addition, perhaps showing sports or news, so guests can enjoy something while working out. Breakfast offered a very wide selection, which I appreciated. However, perhaps because the hotel was very crowded during my stay, there was a waiting list for tables. In terms of taste, some dishes were delicious, while quite a few others tasted a little too bland and could use more seasoning. Hopefully, the consistency and overall quality of the food can be improved. During extremely crowded periods, it might also help to manage dining times more efficiently so guests who have finished their meals can make room for those who are still waiting. Service throughout the resort was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I didn't experience any major service issues. There were a few occasions when the phone lines were busy, but considering how crowded the resort was, this was completely understandable. Despite these few points for improvement, I really enjoyed my stay at Mövenpick Resort Carita Anyer. It is a beautiful resort with great facilities and a wonderful atmosphere, especially for a family getaway. **Overall rating: 8.5/10 ⭐️** I hope guest feedback continues to be taken into consideration because this resort already has so much to offer and could become even better. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back again!

Masih fresh banget nih kemarin stay di sini. Overall good, cuma yang disayangkan adalah mereka masih belum bjsa handle Tomcat yang eksis di hotel ini. I think harus difokusin yah pest control nya, lumayan annoying ya hotel sebagus ini terkendala di Tomcat. Secara service okay lah di weekend, trus kamarnya luas banget worth the price. Fasilitas hotel juga okay, tp dengan harga di atas 3,5jt masih bisa ditingkatkan activity nya, takes time it is okay. Trus juga yang membingungkan tuh airnya panas banget? Pilih yang paling dingin juga tetep panas banget. Mau yang di toilet, di wastafel, atau yg shower juga. Kalau breakfast lengkap banget di sini, tp rasanya just okay. Kids club juga luas banget, anak-anak bakal seneng ke kids clubnya. Trus juga kita dpt complimentary cake juga. Intinya di Tomcat aja sih yang harus mereka fokusin banget, walau udh good dengan mereka menyediakan baygon tiap kamar.

Pesan kamar ocean view per malam 2,4jt untuk wedding anniversary staycation. Staff nya ramahh, Kamarnya bersih & rapih. Ada mirror art di jendela, tp tidak dpt complimentary cake. Sarapannya sangat bervariasi dan enak. Hotelnya trnyata pinggir pantai, utk ke pantai hrs naik shuttle car lg jaraknya dekat. Kolam di area resortnya bagus & bersih. Tp sayang kolam di area pantai kotor dan dekil bgt. Private beach nya terlalu kecil utk hotel sebesar Novus, jd kl sabtu sore ke magrib ketika bnyk pengunjung dtg, pantai lgsg berasa sumpek. Bean bag jg tidak banyak, jd bnyk pengunjung berdiri di pantai tidak dpt tempat duduk, sehingga kurang nyaman bermain. Dalam resort ada kids club yg cukup lengkap beserta staff pendampingnya, ada game room jg tp bnyk yg berbayar lg. Overall liburan yg cukup menyenangkan, tp kl ngincernya hotel pinggir pantai, mungkin kurang worth it yah
