The room is clean and has a nice bed and pillow. The bathroom is also quite large and has a wonderful shower. The staff is friendly and attentive. Parking is available in front of the hotel and there is a free motorcycle garage. The breakfast is very good, especially with the Italian coffee.4,6/59 Jun 2023

The place was so quiet. The staff was very pleasant. Our towels were clean once a week. They have almost everything you need. I think because I'm an Irishman, we didn't have a kettle to make tea. I brought my own tea, so I improvised on my own with a pot. The place is quite good, overlooking Lake Ghat.4,6/520 Mei 2023

We are definitely returning. This is not the only hotel we've ever stayed in, but it was fantastic! Every day, new towels were provided in the rooms, the bed was prepared, and the coffee was poured. They even vacuumed! Although not brand new, it is perfect for your requirements. It was fantastic to us! They have a play area that we used when it rains. Local wine is delicious, and coffee is delectable. Everything is quite affordable. Every hotel's personnel is, in my opinion, the greatest. Very courteous, helpful, and competent. A wonderful receptionist helped us a lot when we checked in and was very accommodating in helping us find the place to go. Id like to express my gratitude by including this review! Finally, it wouldn't always be full when someone finds this hotel to be awful. The next restaurant is terrible, but it's not the same owner. It's not at all amazing despite all of the positive reviews. Breakfast, where do I begin? We stayed for nights and breakfast was the same every morning, only one thing different is that they provide fresh cakes. Scrambled eggs are the only flavor you can taste, they are not made from eggs or have so much flour! Bacon? It's grilled and burned prosciutto ham instead of bacon! And on a third morning ham was already out of date, had a bitter taste and was unable to even make a sandwich! Pastries appear to be fresh! The only thing we had in the morning was breakfast! The staff seemed friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent. The airport and town center are about a minute's walk away and the train station and bus stations are nearby.4,2/57 Mei 2023

I reserved here after finding that the hotels in Malcesine Town were quite costly for what you got, but after spending it in Malcesine's heart it's in a far better location than the busy city center. The setting is ideal and feels very serene and relaxing thanks to a nearby convenience store. The pool is wonderful, but even better is the peaceful and breathtaking beach area on the front walk through private steps through the garden. From here, it is a stunning 15 minute stroll along a beautiful promenade into Malcesine. breathtaking. Easy walk to val di sono bay itself as well as carson. The promenade is a delight. The hotel itself was excellent in every way. The accommodations were large and comfortable, and we stayed in apartments with large terraces that you simply don't find in hotels in Malcesine itself. Rooms with tables and lounges were great and had all the appliances you require. I must congratulate the host Fiorella who was incredibly friendly and checked that everything was okay every time we saw here. She clearly runs the hotel with great attention to detail and care. It's unusual to have your own large apartment with hotel amenities and service, and it was fantastic. The hotel was spotless, we constantly saw staff cleaning and checking everything which was very impressive. This accommodation is recommended because it is dog friendly. The location is convenient, a 10-minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes to the arena. The bathroom was lovely and spacious, and the room was clean and comfortably furnished. There was a gap in the middle, however, because the double was actually two singles joined, the bed wasn't really comfy. A delicious cold meat, cheese, croissants, fruit, bread, eggs, and other items were available for breakfast. Sadly, the personnel were unwelcoming. Overall, a good visit.4,8/527 Mar 2023

Sadly, despite all the positive evaluations of this hotel on TripAdvisor, we didn't enjoy it as much. Luckily, we only stayed one night at this motel. The hotel's entrance is lovely and attractive. The rooms are also spacious enough and nice. However, the bed is very firm and thus uncomfortable. The noise, however, is the greatest problem. We heard our neighbors snoring all night in the very nice rooms. It was so loud that it appeared as though he was lying next to us in our bedroom. There was a family with small children in three rooms. They left the door open all night and went across the hallway at late hours. Both parents and children. This all happened between 21.00 and 1.30 a. M. But it was very strange and also a little spooky because everything happened between 21.00 and 30.00.4,6/513 Feb 2023

We would return, as I had promised in my previous evaluations. To explore Verone and the surrounding areas, the hotel is a fantastic location. To get the aerobics from the airport to Verone Porta nova train station, it will take you about a 510-minute walk, but you must purchase the bus ticket at the machine at the terminal exit, not on the bus. Modern hotel with outstanding amenities. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the bed was firm but comfortable. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety of tasty fresh options. There is also a restaurant and a bar upstairs. All of the staff were lovely and extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The only drawback was that the tea and coffee in the room were limited, there was no milk, and it was rarely topped up despite the fact that there is a fridge so you can buy store milk, and the receptionist assisted in securing some supplies out of hours. Although you may easily travel further afield to Venice or Milan, it made a great base for excursions to Pantera, Lake Garda, trent, and Mantra. Highly a go4,2/510 Feb 2023

If you want to discover the Valpolicella region and its products, the hotel is in a fantastic position. If you are in the middle of many attractions like wineries, wine shops, medieval villages and good restaurants, it's better to go by car. This place is fantastic. This is a fantastic location, and we would definitely suggest it to others. We stayed in a lakeside terrace apartment for a week, which would comfortably accommodate five people. The booking procedure was quick and a thoughtful email just before we arrived was a nice touch. The property is meticulously maintained, spotless, and in an excellent location. Along the lakeside path, it takes just 20 minutes to walk to Malcesine and 20 minutes to stroll to the nearest grocery shop. The apartment has an open concept, is simple but completely functional, has comfortable beds, and towels are great, and is adequately furnished. The bathroom is not included, and the apartment is not in a fully furnished, but it is reasonably sized, and the beds are comfy. We were grateful for the air conditioning. The kitchenette has two-ring electric hob, a microwave comb oven, toaster, a good-sized fridge freezer, and the obligatory stove top coffee maker, which could be larger. Perhaps a few more serving dishes and kitchen tools would be ideal since we didn't have knives or cheese grater, but it provided a few straightforward meals at home and added more incentive to enjoy good food out and about. We owned a car, which we put to good use to tour the northern shores and mountainous region. We were informed there was an excellent hourly bus service4,2/523 Sep 2022

This apartment features a lovely, cozy terrace with a spectacular panoramic view. Parking spaces are located at the hotel. This apartment is a ground-floor apartment with a lake view. It is close to the shop and the Malcesine center. The hotel has a direct exit from Llanolago and the beach. The staffs are very kind and helpful, the breakfast is great. In June, I stayed with a group of 34 children and 5 adults. The employees made us feel really welcome and were always happy to assist us with requests. The rooms are small but clean. Food was good and breakfast had different options. Quiet location and great games room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.
