We stayed for 3 nights. The staff is friendly and courteous. I checked in with the hotel about a month before my arrival and was introduced to the business centre. He went out of his way to assist with transfers and arrange activities. The food is amazing and one of the best steaks I have ever had. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked my stay.

The protean hotel was where we stayed for two nights. The hotel was immaculate. We especially liked the highly skilled personnel, the pool, and the fish pond. It was really nice to feed the fish during breakfast. Our apartment was roomy and cozy. I am a vegetarian. In Africa, it can be problematic occasionally. But it wasn't at this hotel. The chef came to my table and asked what I needed. And he cooked a really delicious meal for me! The rest of that hotel was adorable. We were treated like royalty. We were really shocked when, just a few days later, when leaving the country, we were treated like the meanest criminals. We had purchased two one-month tourist visas at the Zambian Embassy. We spent less than two weeks in Zabul. I inquired what was wrong. They claimed we had overstayed. I replied, "Not so, because our visa was valid for four weeks and we had only done two," and they were barking like mad dogs and yelling that we had to pay 1 00 US dollars. They also barked that if we refused, we would be sent to prison. It's really irritating that we can spend such a wonderful time in a place and then be treated like criminals some days later. I'm sorry, but as a tourist, I can't stand so much corruption and

The food was delicious! The service was excellent and concerned about the covid 19, the price was fair, the location was beautiful, the starters were excellent and satisfied everyone, and the main course was also excellent! The restaurant was tidy and nicely decorated, and the view was stunning! Recommended.

The hotel is great with friendly staff, etc. The only thing I don't like about this hotel is that the parking lot is only a few meters away from the hotel entrance. Luckily I got there when it started raining. And the shower cubicle is small please. Not sure if it was just my room.

The location is great because it is close to the beach. And then, the room was clean. After that, the wifi was ok. Subsequently, they provide a pool. Besides that, the employees were great.
