Friendly receptionist staff compared to a few staff at Ibis Styles Canberra. Location was not as expected. It is near the border of NSW & ACT. 10-min walk from the nearest bus stop. Cleanliness is OK. A bit uncomfortable when looking at a pile of dirty linens near the parking. 25 mins to Kingston Station. We took the bus when arriving, transit 1 time. Total trip from the station by bus was around 1.5 hours. Still comfortable ride with a chance to sightseeing Canberra city from the bus. We took Uber/Didi car for 10 mins to the closest shopping area with complete amenities. Bathroom was clean. The heater worked fine even though it looked old and rusty. Overall, worth it for a short stay.

A business traveler who only requires a bed and a good hot shower can get the ibis in line. My room had a queen-size bed, but there was only one chair. Excellent job we were traveling alone. There was hardly any bench space in the little bathroom. Again, congratulations it was just me. I had a firstfloor room and it was noisy. The water from showers which passed through pipes above and slamming doors traveled. A quick check of the filters ac unit in the room revealed it was dusty and clogged with debris. Cleansing these things is not difficult and makes them much more efficient and healthy. The room had an odd smell and after the first day I asked the housekeeping for air freshener. They were extremely helpful and gave me a can of that old original scent glen. Yes, that smelled? The restaurant was extremely disappointing with very few options including chicken schnitzel, a fairly straightforward burger, and butter chicken, which was fine. There was no steaks. Dining room chairs required serious cleaning too. Certainly not a highend product, but its in a good position within 10 minutes of the airport.

Good location. Good value for money. A little tired, our apartment had large portions of chipped veneer in the kitchen and a dishwasher louder than a plane landing! Room service is done daily. Well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Access to pay is not easy.

I will definitely stay here again. The front desk staff was very helpful in making check-in and check-out smooth. The room was comfortable, and the bed was wonderful, ensuring a good nights sleep thanks to the blackout curtains and the quiet room. The in-room dining at local restaurants was appreciated on our first night after a long drive. The car park was easy to use because number plate recognition. The location is very central, and we enjoyed the coffee at the adjacent arc cafe.

It's really a pleasure to book this hotel. Centrally located and quite reasonably priced. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is maintained clean. I didn't mind it at all. The room is really roomy and has a separate couch. Would stay here again. The restaurant on site is excellent, especially using Actor Plus.

Excellent! A charming boutique hotel that is tidy and chic. Stone walls, beautiful decor, allan lamps, and comfy beds with clean linen. A spotless bathroom and nightdresses. Classy. The air conditioning in the room is quiet but effective. The internet is excellent both on the room and on the terraces. The terraces also provide a fantastic panorama of the nearby fields and hills. There are some chairs and tables and two ottoman sofas where you can unwind. Tea and coffee are available for free. Cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, fried eggs, honey, jam, and sandwiches are all included for breakfast, which is plentiful and varied. We intended to spend two nights here, but when both old martin charmed us, the hotel decided to extend our stay one night. There are a few drawbacks, namely, the staff cannot speak English, and the manager is the sole person you can speak with. Where we made the reservation on application, the lodging description stated that the room had a terrace, which was incorrect. When I get there, it frustrates me. The description for the hotel must be modified because the hotel has terraces, not the lodgings. A double room for three nights costs 475 TL.

We stayed here twice, and we were pleased with the accessible room. The hotel is comfortable, not new, but clean, and has two rooms both with good double beds and one with an extra single bed and an excellent accessible bathroom, kitchenette with a mid-sized refrigerator. Friendly staff, good location and a fantastic Chinese restaurant Beijing House within walking distance which we recommend. Thank you for the good facilities.
