We spent four nights here with my wife, a senior citizen. The facility is excellent. The location is superb because it offers a large area and is well-kept. The personnel are very kind, accommodating, and well-behaved. The food here is tasty but expensive. The food served is also pretty good.

They provide great breakfast too. They served good quality breakfasts and rooms. Hotel management front desk employees are very responsible in their duties. Cleaning staff need to be improved.

This is my first time taking a Herald vacation with my family. The Herald is better because I enjoyed the resort's estuary Samovar portico, which is poor. The resort's personnel is incredibly cordial, and the service is wonderful. The food's quality is also absolutely superb.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the nighttime chayakada was quite good. The breakfast was complete, with both western and typical dishes. The chicken dishes were delicious, and the parathas were soft. The meal was the best Indian herald I have ever had.

Overall, an excellent place to stay for a family vacation. Nice location, decent food, amazing restaurant, and property is fantastic. One can enjoy staying in the hotel itself. The rooms are spacious, with a lot of greenery, views of the backwaters. There is a backyard park where kids can play. Had dinner and breakfast in the hotel, and the food was excellent. The staff was kind.

Everything, including the position, the property, the food, the service, the pool, the activities, and the welcoming staff, are excellent. We are very unhappy with the rooms. It's a shame in comparison to all the other good things because it is so old and lacking basic necessities. For example, the bathroom was filthy, there was no shower gel, toilet paper, tissue paper, or hair dryer, and there were so many discolored floor tiles in the tiny bathroom that we were really unhappy with. There were no cloth hangers in the rooms. Although we received them upon request, it was unacceptable given that everything had to be requested. Even though it was reasonably large, the comfort of the bed room was quite limited, with a landing space for the two adjacent rooms, a veranda, and wooden seats. This is the conclusion that even a fourstar rating can be used to improve the room's quality. It doesn't qualify as a fivestar hotel.

This place is located in the Trivandrum city. The location of this hotel is not far from the city noise, as it is located behind the saint joseph metro church. Plus, the service here was good.

Excellent room service and room facilities. I was able to select my room. the hotel is near a zoo, a snake park, and a temple. I give the room a 4 out of 5, but I don't like the dining table inside the room since it occupies more space, while staying with my kids it's also more fun to use the dining table. Besides that, I really like the place, especially the location that close to the zoo.

They provide a cup of tea and coffee as the breakfast isn't good enough to be served in the room. But the condition of the room is clean and good. But there is a problem with the pillows, the AC in the room works fine, and it can be seen in the pillow.
