I stayed here for one night in January 2020. The staff is very kind and accommodating and helped us store our luggage and let us use the pool early from the night train. The private beach is beautiful. The room was clean and spacious with amazing views. Definitely recommend if looking for a hotel in nha rang

Excellent and attentive personnel, they wanted the best for us. Excellent position, close to the ocean and everything. We stayed in a deluxe triple room with a city view for 11 nights. Floor, comfy, nice bathroom, good water pressure in the shower and faucet. Excellent cleaning, nice beds. Towels to take to the beach. Excellent air conditioning. Jester like Ikke stayed 11 nights. The coffee was not hot, more like lukewarm, and very rarely tasted, appeared black, and I mean nothing. The last days were hot, but virtually no flavor. Vietnam is the second biggest coffee producer. This is a tremendous letdown because Vietnam is the second biggest producer. They make it by chance with condensed coffee from a plastic bottle kept in the fridge and mix it, why not measure exactly? Stronger?, with hot? Water from a thermos, yes, believe me, it's true, I went to the kitchen and saw how coffee was made. I spoke with the staff using Google Translate and reception, but I lost the cause. The nice servant in the breakfast room did her best to prepare warm coffee with a taste of coffee, but there was no flavor. If they don't have the resources to make good coffee, it doesn't help either. I would give it a full 5 rating but honestly, this got off to a bad day.

I arrived early but was able to check in. After breakfast, I was given a room with an ocean view. The receptionist was kind enough to give me the information. There was no welcome drink, just a plate of fruit in my room and cookies at night. Breakfast was tasty. Excellent service as well. For me, the pool is too small, particularly when it is shared with Californians. This is no surprise for me as I am also a member of that fitness program. It would be great if the pool was bigger and more private.

I've read reviews and want to tell you what you're getting into. I remained for five nights. Yes, these apartments are subleased within the Maple Apartments, which are on level 21. Outside the elevator is the reception desk, which makes a shabby appearance. After booking, you may request some checkin guidelines. There is no air conditioning in the only floor lobby, which makes it extremely stuffy and is not the best first impression. The front desk personnel needs training. A little abrupt and unfriendly, but young people are not doing it off because it is not intentional. They do request the application confirmation number, which I had never asked, but it is just an additional step of looking your number. It's annoying, but who cares. This was a surprise because they requested a mil dong deposit, which was never mentioned anywhere else. This is needed for a cashier. When I checked out, I paid in full. Now to the room. It is worthwhile! Because it wasn't much more expensive, I upgraded to a seaviews studio room in 2006. With a wide panorama of the beach and Vinpearl Island, it was truly breathtaking.
